Acquoni is the Cherokee word for river. Here at Acquoni Baptist Chapel, we desire that everyone would know the Lord Jesus Christ as their Savior and experience the joy of living their life in the center of his will. Jesus expressed it this way in John 7:38 "HE THAT BELIEVETH ON ME, AS THE SCRIPTURE HATH SAID, OUT OF HIS BELLY SHALL FLOW RIVERS OF LIVING WATER."
