Subject is a middleaged male, 73 inches tall. He is very thin. Hair is dark black, very long, with two blue highlights - natural - on temples. Subject was found on 5/12/95, however, he was not captured until 5/27/95. Until capture, the subject was a member of a military counter-terrorist team.
Subject was born in 1952, though the exact date is uncertain, in Northwest Montana. Subject appeared to have trained from youth to be part of the US military, but that information is classified. The data that has been released tells us that he had some of the best hand-to-hand combat skills in his grade, but was known for his ability with sniper weapons. Nothing is available as to his conventional education.
