The perfect numbers within the range are 6, 28, 496 & 8128 and for other numbers I find all the divisors and sum it up then give the result.

 To find all the divisors don�t search from 2 to n-1 but only from 2 to n^0.5 if the n is even otherwise 3,5�n^0.5.
