Print every character (blank space, new line and all other) but double quote ( � ). When you found double quote (�)  then print backquote ( ``) key and if again you found then print apostrophe ( �� ) and if again then backquote (``) and again then apostrophe (��) and so on. You have to maintain the original sequence of the word and line.
