Profile

Mr. Leclerc has more than forty years of experience in information processing.  For most of those years, he has been an information processing consultant to government and private sector organizations.

During his various assignments, Mr. Leclerc has worked with a wide variety of users in an equally wide variety of environments.  He has participated in all phases of the systems development life cycle, from the strategic planning of informatics projects to the implementation and maintenance of information systems.

During the course of his career, Mr. Leclerc has proven that he could work efficiently with all levels of responsibility within an organization, in researching and developing solutions that are practical, economical and adapted to the present and future needs of the organization.

Mr. Leclerc is fully bilingual (English and French), in his written as well as in his verbal communications.  He currently holds a "secret" security clearance with Public Services and Procurement Canada (<>PSPC).
