There is a special girl in every man's life, a girl with such an impact on this man's life that one day he realizes that he loves her.
He loves her through the good times, the times that they laugh, smile, tickle, pick on and cuddle with each other. These are the times when they walk together in the cold and the only thing that keeps him warm is her hand in his, and they drink hot cocoa afterwards by the fire. These are the purely good times.
But more importantly he loves her through the bad times. The times that they fight, the times that she is sick, or lonely, the times that she got a bad grade and is upset because she studied all night for that test. But the time that he loves her the most, the time that he would do anything in the world to make her feel better is when she cries.
But what goes through the heart and mind of a man when she cries? Here's what I have to say.
When she cries a small piece of him dies, a small piece of his heart, a piece so vital to that man's existence it hits him like a physical blow to see the tears on her cheeks.
When she cries, he can feel his stomach fall out, and his heart actually tear in two at every sob, every tear makes him feel helpless against what is hurting her. So helpless, in fact, that he would do anything to make her happy. So helpless, he starts to cry himself. When she cries there is a feeling of inferiority, a feeling of such helplessness that you can almost hear him scream from within. A scream so loud, it would deafen any ear, or could be heard anywhere on earth. This scream is the scream of agony, an excruciating pain caused only when the very bottom of his heart is touched.
When she cries, he would change the world at any given point so that it doesn't hurt her anymore, he would use his own body for a shield if she were to be stoned to death. He would take every burden, every stress, every hurt, every problem, feel every pain, feel every thought, do anything for her, if it were to lessen her pain.
When she cries, nothing else matters in the world, nothing exists, only the emptiness and the desire to make her happy again are there. The only thing that he wishes is that he and her were the only two living souls on earth, he wishes that he could abolish all that is hurting her, all that has ever hurt her before, and all that will hurt her in the future.
When she cries, he feels hate. He hates the world and everything in it for making her feel this way. He hates the fact that he feels that he cannot do anything and he gets frustrated. So frustrated you can almost feel it in the room along with the hate for the world no matter what size it is.
But that is only his heart, "What about his head?" you ask? When she cries, his mind races, his body feels heavy, and he thinks of anything that might make her feel better to say. He thinks and thinks, and finally when something right does come to mind he cannot say it because he has not the words to put them in.
