Somewhere in the Pacific Ocean lies the base of the ISO, and home of G Force.

As the G Force team assemble in the conference room, they await the arrival of Dr. Benjamin Brighthead...

'Hey Ace, it's been a while since we were called here in such a manner. You think Galactor's up to his old tricks again?'
Dirk was starting to itch with the whole situation. It had been a couple of years since the world had last seen anything of Galactor and his forces, but still it seemed like yesterday.

'I don't know Dirk' Ace replied stretching his arms behind him
'but if it is, he's had plenty of time to come up with a new weapon, or weapons'

Ace was right. Usually after a defeat, Galactor had managed to counter attack with some new engine of destruction. But this time he had several months to build an entire fleet of mechanical monsters.

Looking out into the ocean from the viewport, Ace sighed to himself.
Crossing his arms, he let his feelings disappear into the depths before him.
If just once we could get hold of him and imprison him, Ace thought to himself.
Sure, that task alone would be a feat, as not only was Galactor the master of escapes, but even if he had made it to a prison on Earth, not only were there the rest of his forces to deal with, but a lot of angry people that would like to see him dead.

Across the other side of the room, the door slid open, and Dr. Brighthead entered, looking dishevelled.

'Team, I'm afraid I have some bad news. It's-' he never got to finish his sentence.
'It's Galactor, isn't it!' Dirk cut in.
'Yes, Dirk. It is Galactor. He's back. Obviously we never expected not to return, but this time he has just signed his death warrant. I personally guarantee it.'
Brighthead was looking very wary and tired, but as usual, he was matter of fact, and in the circumstances, no one could blame him. He had been up half the night.

'I recieved a distress signal from a nuclear base in the north of the United Kingdom. It appears Galactor's forces raided it and stole large quantities of plutonium.'
Rubbing his cheek, Brighthead continued.
'After ransacking the base, he then despatched 3 Royal Navy submarines, and left the country side ablaze.'

Aggie was sitting on the sofa, in front of the viewscreen.
'Do we know how bad it is, Doctor?' she quizzed.
'No, Aggie, I'm afraid we don't yet. I have assigned a clean up detail to the area, but until they arrive there, which should be just under an hour, we'll just have to wait.'

'Let's just jump in the Phoenix and go after him' Dirk by now, was glaring at the doctor.

'Dirk, we can't. Not without getting on the spot info. That area is full of valleys and hills. There's just too great a chance of a Galactor ambush waiting on G Force there.'

Dirk grinned. 'Are we just supposed to wait and listen to the bad news then?'

'No Dirk, the doctor's right. It's almost certainly a trap. If we go flying in there, with the geography of the land to his advantage, it can only spell trouble' Aggie responded, by now standing up and moving toward Ace.

'And anyway Dirk,' Brighthead motioned toward the screen. 'we only have second hand intelligence as to what new mechanical nightmare Galactor has devised this time. I'm sorry, but you'll have to wait.'
Moving toward the viewscreen, Brighthead leaned over the control panel, pressing a couple of buttons.
'Let me show you'

The viewscreen flickered to life, depicting a world map, which zoomed in on the Scottish base.
The resulting pictures were a mass of flames and destruction.

'I can tell by your expressions, that you are wondering if these pictures are live.'
Brighthead noted. 'Indeed they are. You can see for yourself, just how much damage he has done. Not to mention the fact that he now has in his possesion enough plutonium to make half of that country vanish from the globe'

Ace walked over to the centre of the room.
'Well Dr.' Ace began. Disgust from what he had seen in his eyes.
'You can count on G Force. Just give us the word, and we're on our way'

'Very well Ace' Brighthead replied, walking over to the exit.

'And as of now G Force is on alphared priority. Suit up and be ready to go at a moment's notice.'

With that, Brighthead disappeared into the hallway, and the door closed.

'Well Ace, let's do this one right.' Dirk was watching Ace.

'Mister, you got yourself a deal'
