1. Florida State Seminoles
There may be two new dogs in the ACC, but the Seminoles still rule the pound.  Having won the conference championship all but one year since their entry into the conference in 1991, the 'Noles are still the team to beat in the ACC.  The scary thing for opposing teams this year is that Florida State's talent could rival their 1999 National Championship squad.
