The enhanced version is heavy on DHTML and Javascript, and reqires a 4.0 browser and a screen width of at least 800x600, reccommended 1024x768.
The frames version can take a long time to load on slower connections/computers. It has many graphics, and uses javascript. It is optimized for 800x600 resolution.
The non-frames version should work with nearly any browser.
