So, we've come up with our "Absolutely Not Broken Business Principles", let us know what you think!
2. We will never use Premium Rate or National Rate Numbers (090..., 0870,...) for any of our Business Lines including Technical Support. In fact, should the enterprise become successful, we are hoping to alter our main 01322 into an 0800 line.
3. We will never use an Automated Attendant of the "...you now have four options so we can deal with your call appropriately...", ilk. We will answer the phone ourselves, or at worst, you will get an answering machine, using which you can leave us a message.
4. Whilst we ask for a downpayment of either a quarter or half of a new P.C custom-built to your Specification, we will also provide FREE Technical Support via the Telephone, or if necessary, an on-site visit for the first seven days of the machine being in your premises.
