Girl Scouts take this pledge seriously and encourage
all the girls to participate in the Religious Awards program.
When talking with your Troop about these awards, be sure to
include the parents in the presentation. Encourage them to participate, talk to their respective pastors/ministers/etc. for input on the award designed for their Faith system. Below are some helpful links for the girls, parents, Troop Leaders, and Clergy.
Some Faiths (Catholics, Jewish, Buddhist) have their own programs in place. Families can check with their local Church/Temple for info, or if available use the contact info below. |
