Chairman's Memo
Council worked on the issue of stealing in safe_flagged room,
the backup had been that in multiple occations players had taken other people's equipment in safe room such as the hangman's. The equipment weren't left unattended before this happened. After voting whether this should be illegal council ended up to following result:
7 votes for "yes" it is illegal to do so
0 votes for "no"
1 absent
This means that the council instructs immortals for now on to give severe and instant punishment to whomsoever commits such act.
There was also the case of chairman Queenmorgase vs Exande where Exande was being investigated for taking some of Queenmorgase's equipment in situation as mentioned above. The council decided to give Exande a warning but not to give punishment this time. Because Queenmorgase was litigant in this case, she didn't take part in the High Council work neither in the vote.
