Nihon no oishii ryouri! (delicious japanese food)
Daietto wo suru arui wa vegi hito no tame (For vegetarians or
people in diet)
1 pack of spruted beans
1 cup of shoyuu (soya sauce)
1 cup of powdered chicken broth.
1 red pepper (I don’t mean THAT pepper. It’s the thing that looks like paprika)
1 Green pepper (the same as above)
1 carrot (Yes. I MEAN carrot.)
2 spoonfuls of butter.
1. melt in a pan the
butter.
2. Add the chicken broth
powder and the soya sauce to the butter.
3. Wash and add the
sprouted beans. Reduce the fire.
4. Cut the peppers and
the carrot in juliannes.(thin strips) Add to the pan, and mix constantly with a
wood spoon.
5. Cook for 5 more
minutes in low fire.
6. If its too sour for
your taste, you can pour a bit of Coke (pepsi or Dr pepper are ok too).Serve
hot
