Ecla's Grown Ups Chocolate Trifle

 

1 large pack of small chocolate swiss rolls (not sure what you call them, it is rolled chocolate cake with cream between)

Tia Maria or Kahlua

Punnet Srawberries

Punnet Raspberries

(or any type of berries)

Chocolate Custard

Whipped Cream

Cadbury Flake

 

Slice cakes to approximately 1 cm widths (half an inch I guess)

Quickly dip in Tia Maria and line a large glass bowl with cake

Place berry mixture in the bottom of the bowl

Top with chocolate custard

Top custard with whipped cream

Crush Flake and sprinkle over the top

 

Easy and absolutely delicious
