Eureka’s Spaghetti Salad
 
1-2 pounds of spaghetti 
1 cucumber
1 large green pepper (or any other color you prefer)
3-4 plum tomatoes 
1 large bottle and 1 small bottle Italian dressing
 
Step one: Break the spaghetti into thirds and cook until done.
Step two: Dice up all vegetables into small pieces. (Large enough to actually taste them though)
Step three: Combine the spaghetti, vegetables, and large bottle of salad dressing into a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate until cold.  Add small bottle of dressing when ready to serve.
