Darktears Spaghetti Lasagna

 

Simple

 

use a jar or 2 of your favorite pasta sauce ,ragu , barilla, prego

1 lb of ground beef

any veges you like in your spaghetti sauce

onions

mushrooms

green peppers

zucchini

olives

celery

 

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 tsp basil

1 tsp oregano

2 cloves fresh chopped garlic

no salt the pasta sauce has enough in it

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

 

 **Utensils large quart pan, Large skillet pan, Large cassarole or roasting pan, wooden spoon and collander/strainer**

 

((you will also need a block of velveta cheese and any other kinds of cheese you wish to add motzerella, cheddar ect, a large package of regular spaghetti, and olive oil))

 

Brown ground beef with chopped up veges add 1/4 cup of brown sugar , all spices garlic in a deep sided frying pan until beef is brown and veges are slightly tender.

pour pasta sauces in and let simmer.

 

meanwhile use a large pan and fill with water a pinch of salt and a few drops of olive oil, bring it to a boil and cook spaghetti according to the package instructions.

 

once the pasta is al dente, remove from heat pour into a large strainer and rinse well with hot water.

 

pre spray your roasting pan or cassarole pan with pam spray or some non stick spray, turn the oven on to bake 400 .

 

slice up your velveeta in 1/4 inch slices and all other cheese or shread

 

in the bottom of the pan place half your cooked pasta spread it out evenly

 

then add half your spaghetti sauce

layer the cheese and repeat much like a lasagna

 

you might wish to cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 to 20 mins on the middle rack

 

bring it out and cut in squares serve it with french bread like you would lasagna
