Dawnvisage’s Get Laid Pot Roast

(my brother, who found this recipe first, calls it get-laid roast because most of the chicks he dated used to think he actually had to work to cook it. :P)

1 roast, any kind of meat, any size (as long as it fits in the crockpot)

1 package onion soup mix

1 can of cream of whatever soup (I tend to use mushroom most)

1 can beef broth

Put your roast in your crock pot, making sure the lid will fit.  Sprinkle roast with onion soup mix.  Drop the cream of soup in randomly using a teaspoon - don't worry about covering the roast or anything.  Pour the beef broth on top of everything.  DO NOT TRY TO MIX IT.  Let cook on low overnight, or for an 8 hour period during the day.  If you cook it overnight, just flip it on high for about 45 minutes to an hour before eating to heat.  Makes good gravy, so I usually serve with mashed potatos or rice and a veggie.  You can add veggies to the crock pot, but you'll have to play with it because I usually don't.

NOTE:  If you have a large crock pot, double the onion soup mix/cream of soup/beef broth, or your roast will turn out dry.  Alternatively, if you just REALLY like gravy, that's a good thing to do too.
