Instant Mushroom Soup
12 potatos
5 eggs
1 cup of sour cream

Peel
the potatos, cut them in cubes and put them into cold water with a bit of salt.

If you are using Campbell’s or similar soup warm half a can, if it’s
powdered soup, dissolve spoonfuls in 1 and a half cups of milk and boil until
it thickens.
Stop the fire and add the sour cream.

Start
boiling 2 of the 5 eggs. The idea is to make them hard-boiled, but be careful
they don’t go black (7 minutes of boiling should be ideal). Scramble the other

Mix the
potatos with the soup, with the onion, with the scrambled eggs.

Cover a deep tray with waxed paper, butter, oil OR non-stick spray. Pour
the potato mixture in the tray, and bake in an oven at 700 F for half an hour.
Then decorate with the boiled eggs.
