Valeria’s Stuffed
Mushrooms
2 lbs of whole
fresh mushrooms
1 pck softened cream cheese
1 sm container of sour cream
1/2 lb bacon
2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
garlic powder
1 cups bread crumps
1/2 stick butter
Directions:
Fry bacon till crisp. While bacon is frying, clean and remove stems
from mushrooms. Chop stems into small pieces. Mix bacon, cream cheese,
sour cream, 1 cup chopped mushroom stems, Worchestershire sauce and
garlic powder to taste. Put mixture in the mushroom caps. Melt the
butter and mix with bread crumbs. Sprinkle over filled mushrooms.
Bake
at 350 degrees until bread crumps are browned.
