Darktears Enchilada Torte

 

1 lb ground beef or chicken breast

1 package large flour tortillias

1 med sized jar salsa

2 cans of cheddar cheese soup

1 bag shreaded cheese cheddar or your choice

1 pint sour cream

 

you will need a cake pan 13 x 9 and a frying pan

 

brown ground beef add half a jar of salsa spray baking dish with non stick spray layer down 2-3 tortillias across the bottom of the pan then spread out enough ground beef to cover the bottom of the pan, open 1 can of the cheese soup pour over the meat and spread it out, sprinkle some shreaded cheese over this and layer more tortillias. until you run out of meat.

put a layer of tortillias ontop and shreaded cheese and put in a 350 degree overn for aprox 25 - 35 mins

 

you may serve with a lettuce salad , guacamole sour cream anything you like on your taco's  it is quick easy and delicious

 

I have tried chicken and beef but i am sure pork would work too or sausage.
