Yavanna’s Corn Soufflé

 

1 can whole kernel corn

1 stick margarine or butter, melted

1/2 pt. sour cream

1 can cream style corn

2 eggs

1 box jiffy corn muffin mix

 

Mix all ingredients together well. Pour into a greased 3-quart ovenproof casserole dish.  Bake uncovered in 350

degree oven for 1 hour.
