Ruhl’s Fried Corn

cut the corn off the cobb and dump it into a skillet with a nice covering of melted butter, add a tiny bit of salt and black pepper, i add a lot of cayenne, and add about a pinch or two or sugar, fry it till it looks done, you can try it and make sure that its not too firm
