Tela’s Chicken Thing

 

4 whole Boneless chicken breast, Cut in half

1 cup Uncooked rice

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cream of celery soup

1 can water

Can substitute strips of boneless/skinless chicken for the breasts

 

Arrange chicken in a single layer in a 9x13 casserole dish

Mix other ingredients and pour evenly over chicken

Cover

 

Bake in pre-heated oven for 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

 

 

Serves 3 normal people, 2 hungry people, or 6 if you listen to the

suggested serving on most store bought things =P
