Madrox's Soy Chicken

 

1 lb Boneless skinless chicken breast cut to bite size pieces
1 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 large Green Pepper Chopped to desired size
2 tbs vegetable oil
4 cups prepared Rice

1. In a large skillet, cook the chicken and peppers in the oil, soy sauce
and garlic. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink inside any of the
pieces.
2. Toss with the rice and serve with extra Soy sauce if ya desire.
