Chicken with Peaches (actually got the recipe from DS’s mom)

 

Flour mix:

1/3 cup flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/8 teaspoon pepper

 

Syrup mix:

1/2 cup peach syrup

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon brown sugar (or honey)

 

2.5-3 lbs. chicken

3 tablespoons butter

 

1) Cover chicken all over with flour mixing

2) Butter one side of chicken, then flip over and lay in a buttered pan (Butter side up).

3) Pour syrup over chicken

4) Bake at 375° for 50 minutes; basting occasionally

5) Pour peaches and add extra cinnamon

6) Continue baking for another 15-20 minutes until tender
