IDEOLOGY an ideology is a class' or People's all-encompassing system of fundamental political beliefs including uncompromising principles, conception of a desirable woman/man and society, and philosophical, political, economic, social and moral theories and rules of behavior. Ideology is total, concretely affecting the thinking and behavior of each woman and man. This system of fundamental political beliefs comes from a People's history and culture, and seeks to unite and direct the whole society towards precise objectives. The most important objective is to maintain the existing political-economic-social system or to create the revolutionary change into a new political-economic-social system by transforming men and women into either conscious or unconscious faithful adherents.

NKRUMAHIST-TUREIST IDEOLOGY Is the all-encompassing system of revolutionary political beliefs of the African People's class. This system of revolutionary ideas is scientifically derived from African history and culture and seeks to unite and guide the laborious oppressed African masses and broader society to the objective - Pan-Africanism: The Total Liberation and Unification of Africa Under Scientific Socialism. It holds the traditional African experience as its determining foundation and dialectically incorporates the positive influences from the Islamic and Euro-Christian experiences to form a new, scientific, revolutionary ideology.

Our ideology contains uncompromising principles, a conception of the desirable woman/man and society, and philosophical, religious, economic, political, social, and moral theories and rules of behavior.

ITS UNCOMPROMISING PRINCIPLES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

The Primacy of Africa
The core of the Black revolution is in Africa, and until Africa is united under a socialist government, the Black man/woman throughout the world lacks a national home. All people of African descent are Africans and part of the African Nation.

The Revolutionary African Personality
The concept of the new type of citizen which Africa needs...A dedicated, modest, honest, informed man (and woman) who submerges self in service to the nation and [humankind]. A man/woman who abhors greed and detests vanity. A new type of man/woman whose humility is their strength, and whose integrity is their greatness.(Africa Must Unite, pg. 130, Nkrumah). Asserts the integrity of African culture.

Revolutionary Ethics
Egalitarianism
All have equal worth to society. All men and women must have equal opportunities to contribute to society, have inherent value as a person, and must be respected in all social and political interaction.
Humanism
The view that each person is a distinct personality, and each individual must be encouraged, and allowed to develop to their fullest human potential. Each person is imbued with an inherent value, worth, and integrity. None are innately inferior or superior to any other. Each individual is an end in oneself, not merely a means to an end. Whereas there are differences between individuals, these differences dont make a difference in each persons worth or value to society.
Collectivism
The view that the group is responsible for the individual, and the individual is responsible to the group. Individual development must progress inside of the limits necessary to the welfare of the group. The conditions for the development of each are the conditions for the development of all in society.

Dialectical and Historical Materialism
The analytical tools used to understand the world, history, and woman/man. Scientific tools to study the interconnectedness and ongoing changes occurring in the real world today, and throughout history. It asserts the absolute and independent existence of matter in motion, all things originate in matter, and matter is a plenum of forces in tension. It emphasizes theory and practice as having a dynamic, ongoing relationship regarding the development of man, woman, and society with practice being qualified by theory, and vice-versa.

Complementary relationship between Revolution and Religion
Both seek unqualified justice and the attainment of our fullest human potential. Both seek to address material, and immaterial needs.

The Paramount Necessity for Mass, Revolutionary Consciousness, Mass Pan- African Political Education, Organization, and Action
Only the masses of our People, politically educated and organized, can solve our problems through revolutionary positive action.
