Pretty nice. Many canoers, safe and easy. For beginners. Round trip less than 2 hours. Return upto a light current. You will hear about a Pink House, which is the sign for start of return.
Well, when you hear Pink House ! too many times you believe it is sort of a cottage or some other naturistic development. Well, no. It is a concrete pink house. Still make sure you begin your return to base when you see it or you might end up in open Ocean.
I strongly recommend snorkeling in this park. Coral Reefs are so beautiful. It takes 20 minutes by boat to Coral Reefs, colors are unreal, lobsters, all kinds of fishes. Make sure you did this. It is one of ten best Coral Reef locations in the earth.
