Dear MCC/Shimura/Kamakura,

We are approaching the first deadline in your schedule of releasing information pertaining to a possible conspiracy around the murder on Prof. Pim Fortuyn on May 6, 2002.

While from the beginning of your actions very little has indicated any kind of hoax or amateurism, recent developments have shown otherwise.

1. The matter about the Shimura page of SDN.

An error message 404 is the most common on the internet. It occurs when a link is not properly uploaded or is not accessible due to limited access rights on the part of the viewer or when there is a time out.

Limited access rights can even be caused by the viewer not having the right password for accessing a page. This is common with commercial websites asking a fee for viewing part of their material.

The conclusion by Mr. Brockhuis that a Dutch intelligence service is appying censorship, also implicating Planet Internet and its mother company KPN, is too far fetched to be taken seriously. It takes a great deal of imagination, paranoia or nervousness to connect a 404 message to secret service censorship.

2. I and others think you should reconsider your relationship with SDN. While these people are no doubt well meaning, their history of intense and fruitless litigation and intense buggering of Dutch ministers and civil servants does not suggest a reliable organization.

3. Please reconsider your update on involvement of Msrs. De Booij and Smolders and Miss Zeroual. Whatever kind of evidence you have against these people - audio, video or documentary - should be reconsidered before releasing.

Mr. De Booij is a long time friend and employer of Pim Fortuyn through the Speakers Academy. It seems highly unlikely to the point of impossible that this man is involved in a murder plot against his friend and former employee. Mr. Smolders is a well meaning former ice hockey international who has been defending Pim Fortuyn everywhere he went. There is nothing in his body language that suggests pre knowledge of the murder on Fortuyn. Miss Zeroual was the only person waiting next to the body of Fortuyn on the Mediapark for the ambulance to come after the murder, all the while holding his hand. It seems highly unlikely that she would be so compassionate with Fortuyn after a murder of which she has pre knowledge.

As you should know any kind of material can be falsified, even audio and video. Recently in the Netherlands a Kurdish freedom fighter/terrorist was released after a trial where audio tapes were used of tapped telephone conversations. An expert concluded that the tapes used against him were tampered with on many occasions. This is done by special equipment that can generate the voice of a person you want to damage. Such falsifications can be discovered but this takes expert analysis of electronic patterns generated by the voice.

It is certainly possible that a secret organization has falsified materials against De Booij, Smolders and Zeroual.

I ask you to investigate whether materials against these three people have come from the same source as the earlier materials.

4. Please when releasing material be totally factual. Refrain from any comments and phrases such as Global Cabal, running dogs, corrupted media and Dutch Service Of Evil Manipulations. Let the facts speak for themselves and let the Dutch public judge the facts.

Unfortunatly realities are worse as nightmares, informations and factual materials obtained are from very reliable sources. As well also we never publish materials without expert investigations and research. Materials you are referring to are authentic beyond slightest doubts.

Nevertheless translations and interpretations indicate deceptions on witnesses in some instances. As of present we don't release the exact contents for reasons of tacktics.

MCC greatly values the honesty of this message and don't take it lightly.

SDN has proven strong dedications and courage, we have no reasons to break contact and cooperations with trully heroic individuals and organizations.

Please political murder and public deceptions are the workings of evil conspirators, don't you think?

Our tasks and missions are not concentrated on the Netherlands alone and don't allow us to speak niceties in face of evil corruptions.
