In order for the Netherlands Polical Parties to conduct expert evaluations of our audio and video matarials. Provided is both raw video materials as also enhanced copies. This allows experts evaluations of authenticity.

Our offer to provide on request materials as of Saturday 28-12-2002 21:00 local Dutch time

Materials consist of:

1. Video images from the energy centrum position that show:
   1. Two first shots impact on target.
   2. Volkert van der Graaf shock, hesititations and delayed shooting.
2. Video images from observant position at behind parking area bushes position showing
   1. Volkert van der Graaf approach + entry to the murderscene.
   2. Volkert van der Graaf movement in direction of target
   3. Rooftop shooting of the two first shots
   4. Volkert van der Graaf shock, hesititations and delayed shooting.
   5. All movements of witnesses, including start of Mr. Smolders chase after van der Graaf.
   6. Witnes reactions until 2 minutes after Mr. Smolders + Volkert van der Graaf exit of the murderscene.
   7. Very short fragment of rooftop hitman after Volkert van der Graaf exit.
3. Video images from second observant of rooftop hitman arrival outside of the media center + entrance into BMW car.
4. Still pictures of BMW car without escort on the overpass
5. Still pictures of BMW car with escort on the Dutch A1 highway form BP gasoline station position.
6. Audio materials consists of:
   1. Intercepted communications at murderscene
   2. Now not dislosed telephone communicatioms of Petra Lievense at the day prior the murder.

MCC decided for this offer for reason of investigations possibilities in principle for all Dutch Political Parties under conditions following:

1. Evaluations must be conducted by independent high expertice organizations/institutes.
2. Results of evaluations must be immidiately made public by certified copy on Political Party Official Homepage in two languages: English and Dutch
3. Political parties if wish qualify must make formal request on their Offical Homepage prior to 26-12-2002. Request must have following structure:
   1. Formal requestin MCC for copies
   2. Description of motivations for requesting
   3. Name of institute/organization intended for evaluation in addition short description of expertice degree.
   4. Formal assurance of intend to make public the results, in unedit format on the political party official homepage prior to 31-12-2002.
   5. Formal statement of confirmation that Prof. Fortuyn was a proper democratic politician.
4. Politcal party must accept presence of two observants of which first is supplied by MCC. Safety assurances must be officially made for this individual. Secondly an observant assigned by Dutch Internet investigators and reporting on evaluations procress in public forum.

MCC wishes to provide accurate informations and evidences, reason for which we strongly encourage expert evalutions be conducted.
