FORSAKEN

These three poems are the original which were written up in 1999 which were shortly followed by two other poems. In total there should be about six. Why six and not five? There happen to be two versions of the same poem. The problem was I had lost Forsaken Nocturne and only could remember bits and pieces of it. So I rewrote and a month later I found the original and discovered that they had more difference than similiarities so I made City of Noctrune the final poem. If there are any terms in the poems that don't make sense just e-mail me.

FORSAKEN

Toil be not;
Come ye who hast not
Brought apart the dividing
Heavens to the fiery pits of Hell.

Come and see thy eyes of thy Lord
And do not forsake Him.
Spite it, be not, and weep no more.
Breathe in the clean dust,
And breathe no more.

Cry tears of blood and feel
The sweet solace of pain that
Feeds your rejection from warmth.
Release thy need of Utopia,
And fall upon knee to the
City of Anarchy.

Toil please do come and greet
Ye who begs to the cold hearts to
Bring back the dividing Heavens back
From the pits of Hell.

Look to your Lord and
Stretch your arms out in forgiveness.
Forsake Him no more.

FORSAKING

Wake into the morning eve,
And wake into the bright night.
Light no longer comes from the
Place which you dwell.

Come from nights journey to see the
Forsaken God.
In this world and time the Great War
Ended in the annihilation of the Heavens,
And Armageddon faded with the last of the
Arch-angels falling.

The dismay of the world is but a new,
And yet of old.
Breathe in the clean dust
And breathe on in the city of hate.

Forsake me and be come
The Forsaken God.

Crying tears of blood feel
Your face begins to slowly burn.
From that which causes a flood
Of unending sorrow and pain.
This shall go on for the Forsaken.

And what is to be given to the rejects;
Those pitiful and lonely Forsaken.
The Forsaken care not for us so forget them.
As they would surely forget us.
We who gave them a second chance, but then
O then we forsook them at our gates
Thus we became the Forsaken.

So then with the Forsaken we march as one,
To the damned city of Anarchy.
Behind in the fading light Utopia shuts its golden
Gates to remind us something we yet not know.
But now as one we trudge to the
City of Forsaken people.

Reject us and become the Forsaken.

FORSAKE ME

Remember those who forget you,
The people of Anarchy; the Forsaken.
Journey back to the golden gates
Of the blessed city of Utopia.
But when you lay your dirty hands on
The gate, the people behind it
Repulsed by your appearance, shun you
And your people. In doing so they the clean
And new become dirty, and become
The Forsaken.

Turn back with the new, and open
The charred and blacken gates of Anarchy.
Where the honor less Forsaken live, for
They have forsook some poor soul.
Redemption is something that
They can only dream of.
But redemption is not so for them.
Because they have Forsaken God.

Unforgiving is the act that is committed
By the Forsaken. This making them one and
The same with the unforgiven souls who
Rejected God, not knowing what
Would happen to them.

Become the Forsaken; those who can
No longer find it in themselves to beg
On knee for redemption from their
Sad God. Cry as they might their tears
Of blood only, now, hit the ground echoing
Through the streets of Anarchy. Reminding
Them that in this city there is no solace.

Unforgiven are the hearts and souls
Of the rejected Forsaken. This
Shall remain within themselves.
Because to wrong is human and
To forgive is divine grace.

But they forsake Him. Why do they
Forsake Him? The reason only lies
Inside the hearts of the people who
Forsook the poor souls of the Forsaken.
Now they forsake God because they
Believe it was Him who caste them
Upon their miserable fates.

It is a two-faced world with the Forsaken.
Although we stand not by them, but we share
A world with them, who we believe to be rejects.
With the forsake we live and die.
With the Forsaken we breathe and suffocate.
With the Forsaken we love and hate.
As it so, with the Forsaken we forsake each other,
And we become the Forsaken God. The God we
Reject from our eyes.

So forsake me today and I will forsake
You tomorrow. And with that passage of words
We unknowingly forsake our divine Lord,
Who, we believe, has already Forsaken humanity.

Join the Forsaken and feel the sweet solace
Of pain and sorrow. Continue the forsaking and
Know what it is like to be dirty, honor less, and
Unforgiven.
For now, we all have become the
Forsaken.
