Powers (If any): Psionic powers (Telepathy, Energy Bolts, Telekenisis, etc.), Dual WristSabres (retractable blades in his arms that come out of his wrists, hence the name), Planeshifting (ability to teleport to other universes)
Personality: Gets nervous in crowds, usually won't get into relationships for fear of rejection, but will gradually open up to someone he trusts.
History: He was abandoned by his parents and raised in the care of strangers until 18, when he became a Trans-Universal Peacekeeper. Part of the process involved was to put a special strand in his DNA code that continually regenerates the body and virtually eliminate all signs of aging. This strand was called the Fountain of Youth Code and basically made him ageless. After which, he was taught the secret of Planeshifting, the ability to move to other dimensions. He ended up in the Tenchi universe by mistake. The amount of energy necessary to Planeshift is astronomical and even the slightest error could leave you trapped in the wrong universe for quite a while.
