| Lobster! |
| Lobsters are primarily bottom-feeders or scavengers. Basically small invertebrates: crabs, sea stars, sea urchins, and occasionally algae. It depends on the species. The store that emplyees me sells live lobsters. ($9.99 per pound, sale price $6.99 per pound). Customers bring them home in cute little carrying cases. Like pet carriers. How barbaric. People bring home these live citizens of the oceans, throw them in the pot, and boil them alive. What a double standard! These same people don't go throwing kittens, puppies, or babies into boiling water! I'm not a vegetarian. I just think it's cruel to boil live lobster. Maybe if people would kill them first. Or tranquilize the poor things. Lobsters have feelings too! |
