Pitching the Tent:
The party had set up camp for the night along side the road. There was a wolverine doing the same a bit away. Mother Tara acknowledged him with a nod and he did the same to her. That night Inocence called the party into his tent for a meeting to discuss the plan of attack. Inocence told them what they were up against, an undead bat named Duke Antony, and his minion Lord Rotho. When Mother Tara inquired who Lord Rotho was, Inocence replied with his characteristic "Gigga What?" and Sir Luke merely replied that he was an enemy of the church. When she heard this Mother Tara made an exclamation to the extent of "Enemy of the church!" and became in a slight tizzy. Then she heard someone outside the tent make a comment under their breath about this. Not wanting to start a fight she whispered to Lord Inocence that there was someone listening in on their conversation. Before she could finish and say they should aproach him peacefully and talk to him, Inocence loudly proclaimed that there was a spy.

Sir Luke imeately brandished his ax and cut throug the tent to get to the would be spy. Most of the group followed with Tara exiting through the door pleading (whinning) at them not to kill the intruder. Before they could do much offensively, the wolverine listning at the tent turned tail and fled faster than the party could give chase. After a few minutes of trying to give chase the group gave up and returned to camp for the night.

Round 2:
The next night, the group set up camp they noticed another small one person camp a bit behind them. They looked harder and they saw it was the same wolverine as the night before. Inocence sent Spanky to go talk to him. A few minutes later Inocence followed with Tara in tow because she wanted to be there to meadate. They came up to find Spanky sitting on a log w/ the wolverine making some food. Tara started a breif dialogue with Vanadar when Inocence lost his patients and sent Spanky after him. Spanky stood up stroking his whip and looking threatning. Vanadar drew his bow and loaded an arrow aimed at Spanky. Spanky tried to use his whip on Vanadar but missed and Vanadar shot an arrow and Spanky, and Spanky quickly went uncouncious.

Inocence drew his guns and pointed them and Vanadar. Vanadar pointed his bow at Vanadar. Tara drew her dagger and pointed it at Vanadar saying "let's talk." Vanadar said "Okay" and then Inocence fired his gun. It missed Vanadar but gave Mother Tara a glancing blow. Because of the close range of the gunshot everyone's ears were now ringing. Vanadar fired his arrow and hit Inocence in the chest and Tara started yelling at everyone to "STOP FIGHTING!!!"

Now we have someone who can use a bow!
After a few more gunshots that missed, 2 more arrows in Inocence's chest, a lightning bolt that didn't appear to work, and a lot of whining from Mother Tara the conflict ended and they were able to talk peaceably. It almost started back up again when Sir Luke and Vlad finally arrived but subsided. Since Vanadar was so good with his bow, it was determined that he would be helpful for the mission ahead and after a debate between Mother Tara and Lord Inocence. Inocence wanted to kill him and Tara wanted his help, Tara pressed the points that Vanadar didn't attack until he was attacked by Spanky. Eventually Inocence gave in (Tara wouldn't give up) and Vanadar was allowed in the group on a trial basis.
