Ho There Friends, I bet you were amazed to see it, another attempt at reporting the vastness that is this land of Ayneee, Where information flows freely from one palm to another and rarely, if ever, to folks care about the whole truth anymore..

Well, Bein' Run out of more realms than you could count with yer' Shoes on for tellin' the Truth does lend a little appreciation for it, wouldn't ya think? Not just the pretty little final version you all get reported to every so often on the public channels, but the down and dirty of the REAL story!

'Course, I couldn't, and wouldn't do it all alone, this issue's a might bit scrawny for a REAL Newsrag, and a lot of you out there must have been taught how to hold a Pen, or at least a Fork, it's not much different folks, and with a little experience, I'm sure even the brightest of you might be convinced to send in a little tale of your own, it's always welcome!

Talented Artists Wanted!
For comissioned artwork to fill the lofty pages of The Shadowed Corner, a decent drawing ability is a must, and experience with various magical or technological Aids would be considered an extreme plus! Please note that there is a certain quality demanded even of this, and I'll be expecting a certain morality about the whole issue that you won't be altering the images in any way... This is a serious Reporting Device after all.

Renegade Mobs tear apart Ayenee!
For the regulars of the realm, this was fairly predictable, with the relative lack of organized clans to keep order in this chaotic realm, left and right do fights break out over the smallest things! Beings of immense power shattering buildings with nary' a thing for the common mortal to do! Comments recorded throughout Ayenee give a general consensus however, usually something rather foul about the mother of yours truly, but the occansional serious conversationist almost always gives a rather jaded remark about how it's completely impossible for any good clans to get started up these days, much less survive and prosper.

Well this whole vigilante system has been entirely out of hand for some time now, and I'm going to have to make a call to support any up and coming organized clans that decide to start up! Feuds are nice, and even encouraged (they make GREAT stories) - But for the Gods' Sake, PLEASE show a little restraint, and let them build up a little continuity before slicing the members limb from limb. It's in your interest as well as mine to have a healthy number of ongoing organizations out and about, active in the Land and growing. Thank you for Listening, I hope it makes a difference...

Rash of Dissapeerances plagues the Wizard population!

A great deal of panic has been slowly spreading among the Magic-endowed (read: Entire) Population of Ayenee as a rash of dissapeerances among those with the talent has taken place. These thefts are apparently quite excellently pulled off, as few dissapeerances have been officially reported as of yet, my own knowledge of it only came by means of being personally targeted!

Luckily, I've never been the trusting type, and when I investigated the alarm spell set about my Inn room, I found a Paralyzed man dressed entirely in black, the norm of Ayenee it seems.. A quick charm spell revealed the plot, and a vague insinuation that we were meant for the 'above' and 'the grand defense' - Sadly, he managed to shake off the paralysis and Gate away before I could further investigate. I should be pleased to inform you that no mage of any real power need fear these at the moment, however, let the dabblers beware..

Wanted!
a Significant supply of Ravenwood, preferably Prefabricated according to the buyers specifications, but raw materials are acceptable. In addition, various rare metals, including Mithril and Adamantium, are in high demand, and a payment above and beyond the standard currency would be made available to any willing to sell a significant quantity of either.

Of lesser interest, are precious gemstones, particularly Diamonds and Sapphires, but all varieties will be accepted, for those interested, contact The Buyer, who, for reasons of his own, prefers to remain anonymous
