Why women stars like in the men they love
by Mary Ann A. Bautista
Agot Isidro: ''I'm not very, very romantic. I'm not mushy, I'm practical. Romance is not just chocolates, roses and candlelight dinners. A cheap date at the movies and a quick dinner at a fastfood chain can be romantic if you enjoy the company of the person. I'm not hard to please, masaya na ako sa fried chicken.
"It's not the things that are lavished on you that are important, it's what you do and talk about while you're with that person. So siyempre, I want somebody who is a good conversationalist. Someone I can talk to about anything under the sun. I want someone with a sense of humor kasi mababaw ako.
"I want someone who will complement me. Kapag may topak ako, tahimik lang siya at hindi niya ako sasabayan. Kung quiet naman ako, aaliwin niya ako.
"At kailangan responsable. He has to have perfect table manners when we're out on a date. Kung magulo yon, it might be an indication na magulo din ang buhay niya.
Shoes
"I look at the shoes also--he has to have worn-out, down-to-earth shoes. 'Yung pag nakita mo, alam mo na maingat siya sa gamit at lagi niyang ginagamit. He doesn't dress to impress but to be comfortable.
''Of course, I want to get married someday and I hope my future husband will be supportive. My biggest fear is having kids--kailangan magaganda ang magiging anak ko!''
