Bill Eff is a low budget ski dirtbag.  A favorite meal of his is the condiment sandwich, a sandwich consisting of two smashed pieces of bread and all the free condiments scrounged from the garbage of an  Arby's or  McDs, contained only by a reused plastic baggy.

Bill often ventures out on the weekends, espcially climbing and skiing.  This site may contain useful links documenting such ski or other outdoor outings.
