| NEPAL If you're anyone who is a close friend you'll know that i have a quiet wish to spend the rest of my life in Nepal =D. For those who arent in UWC, in October '00 a group of about 28 students hopped on a plane to THE MOST beautiful country. We engaged in stuff like, white water rafting, trekking, having the coolest guide, and playing games just after dinner, on beaches skirting into what is called the "holiest river in Nepal" - for the more incompetent of u - that does not mean all the water has drained out because there are many holes...=]. (aha-aha..) Incase you were by some chance wondering which river it is, its named the Kali Gandaki. Ok, just to set the scene, this river, like many others, laces through a deep gorge of surrounding matrixed walls. Parts of it thunder through the lush mountains, and other parts are calmer.. Despite the fact that i almost got conjunctivitis and was subjected to a unusually large red eye for the last couple of days of the trip, (don't stick your head out of the bus for too long) well its really a nice place. If you havent been there, man, go there!! I'd go on and on but i think you people would be more interested in looking at photos so that is what i am about to set up. cya later, enjoy PS.
