7:30pm ~ sunny ~ 70° ~ wind: calm
- We were sitting on or patio just before dark.
9-10 "nightjars" flew over one after the other.
I thought they were seagulls until we looked at them through binoculars.
Then we identified them as Common Nighthawks.
