...Today I observed birds at:
a golf course in
Mesquite, NV.
sunny ~ hot! some wind...
My New Bird of the day was a:
- Trumpeter Swan ~ then we saw 3 more at the Venetain casino in Las Vegas.
I saw a few house finches, a few more rough-winged swallows, and the western kingbirds where chasing a harrier hawk out of town.
Not a lot of birds in Mesquite but one evening I did see about 500 Bats!!! (different types)
