... Thea and I went to:

Red Springs in Calico Basin

about 4:00pm ~ 55 ~ light breeze ~ sunny ...

We saw about 10 Starlings,
6-7 Sparrows,
the Phainopepla that lives in the big oak tree and another male also, so there were two today.
the Red-naped Sapsucker at the second picnic tables,and 4-5 Scrub Jays.

... One scrub jay we have seen out there 3-4 times has "white" wings like the phainopepla but we can see the white while he's perched.
Saw this bird again.

New bird #101

Gray Flycatcher we followed him around the south hills for 20 minutes so we could get a good look at him.

I also saw what I think is a Kestrel at work.
