She had already ordered the surviving Lunarians to be transported to the outer planets for safety. "My Queen,we should flee to safety."advised a dark-haired woman with a crescent moon on her forehead whose hairstyle was similar to that of the Queen's. "No,I shall not abandon my kingdom and the planet Earth to the Dark Kingdom.Bring the babies of the inner-planets here."ordered Queen Serenity. "As you wish,your highness."obeyed the woman. Queen Serenity paced around the palace in worry.Suddenly,a guard burst through the throne room doors. "Your Majesty!!!The inner-planets.....the-"stuttered the guard in fear. "What has happened????"exclaimed the Queen."Speak!!" "T-The...inner-planets...they have been wiped out."sobbed the guard. "Wh-What??No sign of any survivors???"exclaimed Queen Serenity. "The monarchs had already moved as many of their people to the outer planets as they could.The Inner-Planet monarchy is dead!!!The Dark Kingdom is advancing on the Moon!!"informed the guard. The old Queen sighed and fell onto the throne. "My Queen,what do we do???"asked the guard. "Tell the army,whoever wishes to flee to the outer-planets may do so now. The Moon Kingdom may very well be doomed."sighed the Queen. The guard was startled at the Queen's order.She was indeed a loving Queen who valued her subjects lives more than her Kingdom. The woman returned,with her were five baskets. The Queen leaned over one.The baby had a crescent moon and golden silver stands on hair peeked out. "My darling,mama is so sorry."sobbed the Queen."ARTEMIS!!"called the Queen in a regal tone. "Queen Serenity??"came a voice.It belonged to a silver haired man with a crescent moon adorning his head. "The both of you,will go to Earth with these children.If I send the princess to the outer-planets.The Dark Kingdom will surely pursue them there."sighed the Queen. "But my Queen!!!"protested Artemis. Before Artemis could say anymore,Queen Serenity had already sent them away to Earth.... Exiting the palace,Queen Serenity saw her generals and army still there. "What are you still doing here??"questioned the Queen. "My Queen,we have already heard your announcement.We have agreed to serve and protect you to the last."bowed the general. Tears welled up in the Queen's eyes. "Do you not fear death??"inquired Queen Serenity. "We are willing and ready to sacrifice ourselves,your Majesty."answered the army. "For the Moon."shouted the general. "FOR THE MOON!!!"echoed the army. "Queen Serenity!!We told you it was foolish not to submit to us.We could have spared you the destruction."laughed a woman. "Beryl...I guessed you had turned to the Dark Kingdom."answered Queen Serenity eyeing the red-headed woman who stood with two youma by her side. "I won't allow you to threathen anymore people Beryl," "That's Queen Beryl to you."scoffed the woman."You and what army are going to stop me??"questioned Beryl with a laugh. "With the power of the Silver Imperial Crystal."replied Queen Serenity as she revealed a tiny crystal. "I'm going to send the Dark Kingdom back and destroy the youma that are on the moon.You will never harm my daughter or any of the inners." exclaimed Queen Serenity. "NO!!"shouted Beryl as she tried to stop the Queen.Beryl threw a ball of dark energy at the Queen. "Moon Healing Escalation!!" Beryl did as much as she could to save herself as she watched countless youma evaporate,engulfed by the bright light emanating from the crystal. "The Dark Kingdom will return,"hissed Beryl as she teleported away from the moon. The light died down.Leaving Queen Serenity standing.A smile on her face. As she surveyed the dead bodies of the Lunarian army,Queen Serenity merely smiled and collapsed onto a broken pillar. "My daughter...my darling,this is my last gift to you..."murmured the Queen holding up the crystal as it disappeared in a twinkle. With that...Queen Serenity died.
