Eg:Endymion and Serenity.(But their names are still heard as Makoto,Serenity etc.)Got it?Good... On to the story..................... Endymion stood on the deck leaning by the railing."What troubles you Endy?"asked a voice. Endymion turned to see his friend and one of his personal guard Nephlite. "Oh...I was just thinking...."he said."About?"asked Nephlite."About my life...All the women I have been with only love my title,my money and my looks and never for who I am....When am I going to find somebody who loves me for me but not who??"he asked. "I don't know Endy...I don't know.."said Nephlite.The two men continued to stare out into the vast ocean..... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "Serenity!!!Where are you??"shouted a girl."I'm over here Makoto!!"cried Serenity.There were a few movements through the corn."We have been trying to find you forever."said Makoto as three other girls came behind her. "Hello Ami,Minako and Rei."said Serenity.The five girls walked out of the corn field and towards the river. At the river...... "Why were you all looking for me?"asked Serenity as they washed their feet."We just wanted to talk."said Minako. The five girls were beautiful indeed.Serenity with her long blond hair braided and her twinkling sapphire-blue eyes.Makoto with her brown hair tied in a ponytail with emerald-green eyes.Minako with long flowing blond hair and blue eyes.Rei with her long dark hair and violet eyes and Ami with her short petite black hair which looked blue with blue eyes.The five of them had known each other since young.They had been adopted into a red-indian tribe.They were found 18 years ago in a boat from a recent ship-wreck.The red-indians took them in and treated them like their blood. "So,has Kaheiko gotten off your back yet?"asked Makoto.Serenity shook her head."How'd it go with Tamantak...??"asked Serenity.Minako smiled.."Mako whooped him."said Minako gleefully."MINAKO!"cried Makoto.Ami shook her head. Rei just sighed. "Serenity..you are not going to the waterfall cliff again are you?"asked Ami."Oh Ami,You know I love to go there....It's a place where I get away from Kaheiko,Jatekna and papa..."said Serenity. "Serenity...it's dangerous."said Ami.Rei nodded.Makoto and Minako were still arguing. "I'll be back before dinner..don't worry."said Serenity disappearing down the river. "That girl...."said Rei."Rei....you know we are like that too sometimes." said Ami."But not like her!"retorted Rei."That's because out of the five of us....she's the most wild and daring one..."said Minako slowly.Makoto nodded in agreement. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Endymion sat in his cabin with his royal guard,Kunzite,Nephlite,Jadeite, and Zoicite. "We shall be reaching the new world in a few days Endy."said Zoicite. Endymion nodded."Thank goodness father allowed me to come..."said Endymion. Kunzite looked up from the book he'd been reading."Well being the crown prince of England he has to be protective right?"he asked. "I'm 21 years old!"exclaimed Endymion."True...and that's why your mother and father want you married.They won't be around forever you know."said Nephlite. "I had to escape from duties...and those meetings with princesses...at least father knows when I'm pressured."said Endymion.Jadeite smirked. "Maybe you'll like that Lady Beryl then?"said Jadeite laughing teasingly. Endymion scowled."Anyway...what do you think the new world will be like?" asked Endymion. "Who knows?I've seen hundreds and all look more ravishing then the next. But what could be so different about the one we will be exploring?"asked Zoicite. Nephlite grinned."So right you are Zoi.."he said.Endymion just sighed and continued to look outside the window of the boat cabin...... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Few days pass.......... Serenity and her friends are by the waterfall gathering wood.Serenity felt the urge to climb a tree.When she reached the top..she saw strange white clouds.Little did she know...they weren't clouds at all......... Endymion pushed the window open and peered out.It was beautiful.His guard were already on deck giving orders to the captain.Endymion hurried onto the deck.He wanted to be one of the first people to land on the new world. Endymion and his generals reached the shore.Endymion was awed by the new world's beauty. "It's....amazing.."said Zoicite."Yes it is..."said Endymion.Jadeite could only stare dumbfounded."This place feels....special somehow."said Nephlite. "True."said Kunzite. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Unknown to them.......... Serenity watched the strange men land on her homeland.She'd left her friends back at the waterfall to find the strange looking cloud seen in the treetops.*Mako will kill me for not telling her what I saw.* *I better get back to Minako and the others...otherwise they'll worry.* she thought scurrying away. Endymion thought he'd heard leaves rustling.He raised his eyebrow."Your highness..."said a man Endymion snapped his head back."Oh captain."said Endymion."My liege,shall we send some scouts out to search for the savages?"asked the captain. "No,my guards and I will do that.I want to explore a bit...I want you to set up the stockade."said Endymion with a gleam in his eye. "My liege...are you sure a-about that?The savages..."stammered the captain but Endymion cut him off."Well captain,what are guns for then?"asked Endymion annoyed.."Now set up that stockade!"he exclaimed."Y-Yes sir."said the captain running. "Endy,you really want to explore this new world???"asked Jadeite."Of course Jade,are you scared of the savages?"asked Endymion."What???"scoffed Jadeite.Nephlite gave a small smile.Kunzite and Zoicite were already walking."Come along.Don't stand there if you really want to explore this new world."said Kunzite. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Serenity reached the waterfall but didn't find her friends.They probably went back to the tribe.Serenity moved on and heard voices.They were speaking a language unknown to her. "Endy!I'm tired and it would help if we stopped at the watefall I hear!" said a voice. Serenity did not understand what they were speaking."Oh all right Jade!" said another voice exasperated."I'll go get water!You all can sit here!" the voice continued. Serenity hid in the bushes and high grass near the waterfall.She saw a man with silky midnight black hair stop at the edge of the water.He had the bluest eyes she'd ever seen. Endymion heard rustling.He felt someone watching him.He filled water in his botttle and leaned to wash his face.But lisening intently for whoever was watching him. He got up and pretended to leave walking away.Serenity watched as he left the water.She crept to the water.Trying to get a better view of the person walking away.He was gone.*Impossible!I saw him leaving only a while ago!* She jumped on flat rocks in the water.She neared the waterfall when suddenly...... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Endymion walked away a few steps following the river edge and hid behind a tree moving closer to the waterfall and hid behind it.He drew his gun and watched for the person who had been watching him.He saw the figure move onto a rock infront of him.At that moment he let out a shot. Serenity felt pain....her shoulder was hurt....she was bleeding.Her whole shoulder felt painful as if it would drop off.*God...it hurts!*she thought to herself.Her vision was blurring. Endymion stepped out behind the waterfall to find a young blond woman. *Oh God!I shot a girl!But...she's blond...impossible..she's dressed like a savage,yet she looks english!*Endymion stepped towards the girl. Serenity heard footsteps."Mako??"she whispered. Endymion froze when he heard the girl utter a word.""she asked. Serenity saw a person...a man...at that moment she fell unconscious. Endymion looked at the young girl.She was beautiful.She'd become unconscious.Endymion picked the girl up.He then proceeded to walk back to his generals. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Kunzite heard footsteps and looked up.He saw Endymion walking back with something in his arms. "Endy?"asked Kunzite.Endymion was holding a blond girl who was unconscious with a bleeding shoulder.It was probably a gun shot wound. "Endy...who is she?"asked Jadeite."I don't know....I shot her.She was following me."said Endymion. "C'mon,we'll head back to the camp...I'll take care of her wound there." said Zoicite.Endymion just nodded. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Meanwhile...... A very distraught Minako,Makoto,Rei and Ami were at the tribe."Oh,Serenity isn't back yet!!What will we tell her parents and Chief Samoset?"asked Minako. "I don't know!!I told you we shouldn't have left the waterfall back there Rei!!"said Makoto. "I didn't know she'd disappear!"said Rei."Stop,stop!!"said Ami."We'll just have to tell her parents she is missing and then tonight we look for her!" said Ami. Minako,Rei and Makoto hung their heads."I hope she's okay..."said Rei. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Serenity awoke with a start..."MAKOTO!!!MINAKO!!AMI!!REI!!"she screamed. She looked around.She didn't recognize her surroundings.At that moment.... five men walked in.Serenity recognized the dark-haired one.But who were the others???One had brown hair another had strange white hair but looked young. The other two had blond hair one had it short another had it long. ""she said stricken.She tried to back away from them. Endymion and his generals came in as soon as they heard the girl shout out a few words.They made it out as Makoto,Minako,Ami and Rei. ""she said sounding stricken."Do you understand what I'm saying?"asked Jadeite.""was her reply. "I don't understand a word she's saying.She doesn't speak English."said Jadeite."she cried out. Endymion stared at her.She was blond with sapphire-blue eyes,she didn't speak English yet,she looked like an english-woman not like a redskin savage they usually met. "Endymion."said Endymion gesturing to himself.The girl looked at him puzzled."Endymion."he said again gesturing at himself. Serenity stared at the dark-haired man."Endymion."he had said gesturing to himself."Endymion."he said again.Serenity thought.*Could he be refering his name?* ""she said gesturing to herself. Endymion stared at her in delight.""she said."Serenity?"asked Endymion.The girl nodded.Endymion smiled.*Such a beautiful name.* His generals caught on and did the same."Kunzite."said Kunzite. ""said Serenity."Jadeite."said Jadeite.Serenity nodded."Nephlite." said Nephlite."Zoicite."said Zoicite. Serenity nodded.She understood that it was their names.*Such funny names.* she thought. Zoicite brought her food.Serenity ate heartily.She then fell asleep a few moments later. Endymion looked at her sleeping figure."She's beautiful isn't she?"asked Nephlite.Endymion nodded."You must miss Molly...don't you?"asked Endymion. Nephlite looked away."Molly told me before I left...that her father wants her to marry Lord Melvin. "Will she do it?"asked Endymion."I don't know.She DOES have feelings for Lord Melvin...so she'll probably marry him.I mean,I travel all the time... She won't wait for me forever you know."said Nephlite. Zoicite and Jadeite entered the tent."Kunzite says he spotted something outside the camp walls."said Jadeite. At that moment...""screamed Serenity. The four men held their ears."She screamed so loud,it probably can be heard by whatever's out there."said Jadeite sulkily. Serenity was quivering...she still called out for her friends.... Outside the walls...."You guys heard that?"asked Rei.Makoto nodded."It sounded like Serenity."said Minako."She's behind those walls??"asked Ami. "It seems like it."said Makoto. "We'll hide in the darkness of the trees...we'll get a better view."said Minako. The four ran towards the tree's and climbed up. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Serenity looked at the four men in the tent.She wanted to go home.She got up and cowered close to the tent material. Endymion saw her cowering away from them.*Why??*he wondered.Nephlite aproached her that's when she dashed out of the tent."Serenity!!"cried Zoicite. Kunzite who was standing by the gate and watch tower saw Serenity run out of the tent."Serenity?"asked Kunzite. Serenity stopped when she saw Kunzite.She was scared.She dashed towards the watch tower.Endymion and the other generals were calling for her to stop running.That's when Serenity saw her friends in a nearby tree. ""shouted Serenity.Endymion strained to see."Open the gates!"he ordered. Serenity saw Endymion beckoning for her to come down.He was opening the gates.The four girls in the trees saw it too.They scrambled down and ran towards the gate stopping a few meters from it. Serenity came down and pushed past Endymion and the rest of the generals. ""she cried out.The four girls ran to greet her. ""they exclaimed.The generals gaped."Endy!You better take a look at this!"said Jadeite. Endymion was shocked.He saw four other girls who looked like english women but dressed like the savages they met.The group turned their eyes at them. Serenity looked up with a look of sadness.Ami and Rei tugged at their friends.Reluctantly,they backed away and broke into a run towards the woods. "Amazing.."said Zoicite."Yes...they all looked like english."said Kunzite. Nephlite just shook his head.*If Molly were here she'd scream or walk toward the girls already.*he thought with a smile.Jadeite just looked amazed. Endymion wondered why Serenity had looked so sad. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "Serenity...how..come..you..were..at..the..strange..mens...place??"gasped Ami still running. "Tell..you...about..when..we..get...back.."said Serenity running. Makoto and Minako smiled and had goofy looks on their faces.Rei was still running ahead. Later..... "All right Serenity...spill!"said Makoto eagerly.Rei rolled her eyes and hung her head in exasperation. "Well...I got injured by the dark haired one..he took me back to his camp, I woke up there with a bandage on my shoulder,he introduced himself???"said Serenity smiling. "Wait-wait!!How'd he injure you!!!???"said Rei."And introductions???How'd you understand their language!!???"asked Minako. Serenity sighed as she was bombarded by questions."Well it was an accident because I was actually following him...and introductions??Names are pronounced the same whatever your language."said Serenity. "His name is Endymion."said Serenity.Minako sighed."I think the white hair person was handsome..."said Minako."Kunzite??"asked Serenity,as she started laughing."Well...he's kind of VERY serious you know...much like....Kekata." said Serenity shuddering. "I thought the brown haired man was handsome..."sighed Makoto.Serenity chuckled."That's Nephlite."said Serenity. Ami and Rei shook their heads."Can we go to sleep yet??"asked Rei. Serenity giggled and nodded."Awwwwww..."said Minako and Makoto. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "Serenity....you're safe...."said her mother."Mama..."said Serenity hugging her mother."What happened to your arm????"her mother exclaimed."Oh Mama!!Don't worry!!"said Serenity."Where's Rameset?"asked Serenity. "Oh...your brother has gone with a small group to investigate the new- comers!!"said her Mother. "Mama??They have gone to investigate??"said Serenity panicked."Yes..to determine if they are a threat to us."said her mother."Now run along..Minako said she and the others will be waiting at the field."said her mother. Endymion whacked his friend on his head.Nephlite chuckled.They made their way towards the corn field. Kunzite and Zoicite heard talking.""said an exasperated voice. ""said a voice retaliating. ""asked a voice. This raised the five men's ears...Serenity...They listened more intently. "" said Serenity. Even though they couldn't understand,they recognized Serenity's name and a few other names Serenity had mentioned. The men peered through the corn plants.They saw the five girls they saw yesterday night.Each took a closer look at them..true they'd seen a few redskin women in the corn paths.So the five were probably the only ones which looked english. Kunzite stare at the girls.His eyes settled on a girl with flowing long blond hair with blue eyes.She looked a bit like Serenity. Jadeite stared at a girl with long black hair.Her eyes were a violet colour.She was beautiful. Zoicite looked on at the intelligent looking girl with short petite hair and blue eyes he felt like drowning in. Nephlite didn't know.Endymion just kept on looking at Serenity.At that moment...the girl with brown hair and green eyes looked up. "Did you guys hear that?"asked Makoto.Rei stared at her and nodded."Well just pretend we're saying goodbye okay?"asked Minako."Sneak behind them." said Minako.Ami looked down at her basket filled with corn. Makoto and Rei got up and waved goodbye.They pushed through the corn plants and disappeared.Serenity and the others continued talking. "Whew...I though the girl heard us."said Jadeite.Endymion nodded.*But what did they say before the two girls left????*he thought to himself. Suddenly,Endymion felt himself be pushed forward as his royal guard tumbled on top of him. He heard the three girls gasp.When he got up he saw the two girls which had left standing where they had hidden before,looking grimly at them. ""asked Serenity.The five of them shot up."Serenity!"he exclaimed.He hung his head while his guards were blushing. The girl sitting next to Serenity gave a giggle.The girl with short hair was looking at them with a puzzling expression. ""said Serenity shooting an angry glance at her friend who was giggling. Serenity grabbed Endymion's wrist and led them him away.The other's followed.Serenity led them to a cave behind the waterfalls to a hidden valley. Zoicite stared in awe.Ami and the others immediatly slid down to the valley laughing.Serenity beckonned them.Jadeite glanced at the rest of the generals with an unsure look. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Later...... Zoicite who had been carrying a bag took out a book.Ami who was fascinated by the objects stared at the pages from behind Zoicite. Zoicite turned to see Ami staring at him.He smiled.She blushed.Zoicite handed her the book. "Zoicite"he said gesturing to himself.Ami looked at him understandingly. "Ami."she said shyly.She pointed at the book.Zoicite smiled."Book." "Boo-ook."said Ami.Zoicite laughed."Book."he repeated. Ami frowned."Bok?"she said."Bo-ook."she tried again.Zoicite smiled."Book." he repeated again."Book."said Ami. Zoicite's eyes brightened and nodded.Ami smiled. Jadeite sat lazily on the water bank.Rei watched him.Rei decided to get some reeds to weave something. Jadeite watched as the raven-haired beauty wadded into the shallow waters collecting water-reeds.Rei looked up and Jadeite looked down.Rei got up onto the bank.""she asked. Jadeite looked up."Jadeite."he said gesturing o himself.Rei smiled."Rei," she said. Jadeite picked a black charcoal from his pocket and drew something on a piece of stone. Rei gave a little squeal.""she exclaimed.Jadeite shrugged. Minako approached Kunzite.Kunzite had his back turned.Minako gave a cough. Kunzite turned and smiled."Kunzite??"she asked questioningly.Kunzite was surprised.He nodded.Minako smiled."Minako."she said. Kunzite smiled."Minako."he said.Minako bobbed her head up and down. Nephlite stared at a photo of his beloved Molly who would marry Lord Melvin.Makoto came up behind him."Oh..it's you."he said.He stared into her emerald eyes which he felt like drowning in.He turned away and blushed. "Makoto...."she said.Nephlite looked up.*Makoto...Serenity had said that once,is it her name???* "Nephlite."he replied. Makoto smiled."Nephlite."she repeated.She looked at the girl in the photo. Her smile seemed to droop a bit.She got up and walked towards the hidden lake in the valley.She looked like she was going to drop in. "Wha...hey NOooo!"cried Nephlite as he saw her jump.She dove into the water slickly like a fish not making a splash. "Amazing...."said Nephlite. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Months later..... Serenity and her friends returned to the village.The scouts which had been watching the palefaces everyday had returned and Chief Samoset and the villagers were gathered in the centre of the village. Rei's father was the medicine man.He practiced mystics and healed their people.Rei had learned a lot from him. The five stood in the back.A girl came up to them."Serenity,Minako,Makoto, Rei,Ami...where have you been??Rei,your father is going to try to tell the villagers what these pale-skins are like!"said the girl. "Oh...Naiomi....we were out by the waterfall."said Serenity."Rei's father Hakunat is going to try and tell us?"asked Minako. Naiomi nodded."I heard from Kekata, that-that...the palefaces injured Masasoit and your brother Serenity..."said Naiomi solemnly. Serenity paled even further..."Rameset...."said Serenity.Minako placed her palms on Serenity's shoulders. Ami hurried to the wigwam where Masasoit her brother lay.Serenity followed her along with Minako. Makoto and Rei were speechless.Serenity,Ami and Minako were pushed out of the wigwam.Serenity was crying.She ran back to her own wigwam. Her friends made no move to stop her.For months the paleface men had been here.The five girls had learned their language they called English. In return,the girls tought them to respect life and every other things and just because people were different didn't make them savages.In short they were beginning to feel for them.But this...would change everything...... Chief Samoset announced to the villagers."My brothers and sisters...these palefaces have shown nothing but greed and disrespect for the land.They invade our land,destroy it...and now..this...I forbid any of our people to go in contact with them!!"he said. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "You what???!"exclaimed Endymion."My liege,the savages...they were here.. so we open fired at them."said the captain. "We wounded two of the savages."said a young man.The royal guard felt themselves get angry.Endymion stalked away. Endymion burried his head in his hands...he was leaving in two months. He loved Serenity...but now with the new event...could she love him back? His royal guard entered the tent."Now what??"asked Jadeite."I don't know. But with this...I'm sure the indians will retaliate."said Kunzite. "We won't be able to see them again."said Nephlite.Zoicite nodded.Endymion was numb..he couldn't think. "Are we still going to see if they are at the hidden valley?"asked Kunzite to Endymion."I don't know...."said Endymion. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Serenity and her friends sat in the wigwam.Serenity was crying."Serenity.. stop.."said Rei. "HOW CAN I STOP REI!!!MY BROTHER IS INJURED BY-BY THEM!!!AND I LOVE HIM!! BUT CAN I IGNORE WHAT HIS MEN DID TO MY BROTHER!!!???"screamed Serenity. Ami bit her lip."So..are we still going to go?"asked Ami. "I-I..."said Serenity."I can't face him!"she cried whirling to bury her face in her already tear-stained pillow. "I'm not going too..."said Ami looking away.Rei nodded."I'm not going..." she said.Minako and Makoto nodded."We're still going..."they said. Serenity looked up."I wish you well....I don't hate him..but I don't know what to feel anymore."said Serenity. Minako and Makoto slipped away towards the waterfalls. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Makoto and Minako slipped into the valley and saw the five men waiting. "Nephlite!"cried Makoto. The men looked up."Mako?"asked Nephlite.Endymion,Jadeite and Zoicite were sad.They had put a little hope.But it didn't come true. "Minako..."said Kunzite hugging the blond girl.Nephlite held Makoto in his arms. "Beloved...you have heard about the injured indians?"asked Kunzite.Minako nodded."Yes...the two injured will live but they are Serenity and Ami's brothers."said Minako. Endymion slumped by the tree."She probably hates me now."said Endymion. Zoicite nodded.."Me too." "Why didn't Rei come?"asked Jadeite.Makoto looked up.."She has to take care of Serenity and the two injured.Her father is away consulting another village's medicine man."said Makoto. "We're sorry we're late."said Minako.Makoto nodded and looked down. "Mako?"asked Nephlite."Chief Samoset has forbidden any contact with your people.We had to slip away.We cannot stay long....if we do..they will come to look for us."said Makoto. Endymion buried his head in his hands and shook his head."There's going to be war this way..."he muttered. Kunzite's mouth tightened into a grim straight line.His arms tightening around Minako's waist."You're right...."said Kunzite. Nephlite held onto his love.*Molly was probably married.But what he felt for Makoto was different from what he'd felt for Molly.His love for Molly was pale by comparison to what he felt for Makoto.He loved her that he was sure.He'd found his beloved now he hoped Molly would find her happiness. They left the waterfall cave..."Becareful..we can't have any of our village friends see us with them."said Minako. Unknown to the two girls and five men, two people were watching them .... Tamantak was jealous of Nephlite and outraged that Makoto and Minako would defy Chief Samoset and go with the palefaced demons. He charged at them.The other person watching was Thomas a young man who'd followed the Prince and his generals.He admired them...but when he saw... he was shocked.He was stunned when Tamantak rushed out and charged at the generals. "Tamantak!!"cried Minako.Makoto looked up from Nephlite."Tamantak???"she gasped. Makoto and Minako moved away as Tamantak charged at Nephlite.Makoto gasped as she saw Nephlite go down and try to avoid Tamantak's indian axe. Makoto tried to get him off Nephlite.""she cried out. Tamantak pushed her away and tried to kill Nephlite.Endymion,Jadeite,Zoicite and Kunzite rushed to help.They were rolling precaciously close to the edge of the waterfall cliff. Thomas rushed to help.He loaded his gun.The prince and his generals were still too far away...and in 2 minutes,the both of them will fall. Thomas fired the shot.......... Makoto and Minako gasped......... Nephlite stood there stunned........ Endymion and his generals stood there...... Thomas ran out into the clearing..."Is-is he..."asked Thomas. Makoto and Minako scrambled to Tamantak.Makoto touched his nose to check for breathing. Minako stood up and put her hand over her mouth to cover her shock. Makoto was stunned as everyone..."He's,he's dead...."she said looking at Thomas."You killed him..."said Makoto. Minako turned to look at Thomas...Minako whipped her head back as she heard shouts. Endymion turned towards Thomas..."Thomas get out of here!"he said."NOW!" he ordered."I-I..."stammered Thomas..He turned and ran. "Jadeite!Go!Zoicite!!"said Endymion."What about you???"asked Jadeite. "I have to get Nephlite to move!Now go!!"he ordered. Jadeite and Zoicite didn't dare disobey.Kunzite was still trying to pull Nephlite to his feet. Minako and Makoto were staring at Tamantak.But it was too late............ The men from the village had heard the gunshot and rushed to where they were at the waterfall cliff. Jadeite banged his fist on the oak wood."We NEVER should have left him there!!!"he shouted. Zoicite nodded."Now...war is inevitable..."he said sadly.The army will only need 4 days to arrive.By then...who knows??"said Zoicite. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Chief Samoset sentenced them to death.They would die...one week from now. Serenity collapsed on her bed and cried. The news of Endymion's capture had reached her.He would die...and she loved him so much.Her brother was better and didn't blame the palefaces for what happened. Kunzite and Nephlite too were captured.Makoto and Minako spent nights crying. That night...... Serenity,Makoto and Minako walked to the wigwam where they were held.. they brought food and water which they were to bring to the prisoners. The guards let them through. "Endy?"asked Serenity.Endymion looked up."Serenity..."he said.Makoto went to Nephlite."Nephlite...my love.."she whispered. "Mako.."he said."Shush...eat."said Makoto feeding him.Minako walked to Kunzite."Kunzite."she said. "Minako..I'm sorry...now there's sure to be an attack which will result in war."he said. "Kunzite....don't...I love you...no matter what...I always will."she said as she fed him. "Endy..."said Serenity."Serenity...I.."he said.Serenity silenced him with her finger.She kissed him lightly on the lips...Endymion was surprised but kissed her back with his own passion.When they broke..."Serenity...I love you..."he whispered. "I-I love you too.But this action that has landed you here...will result in war.You-you'll be executed come the next week...when the sun rises.I'll- I'll never see you again."she said crying. "Serenity look at me.."he comanded."I will love you forever..you are my only love.."he said. "But..I can't leave you.."she said hugging him."And you never will...no matter what happens to me...I'll be with you always....I love you..and I'll always be by your side."he said. "Endy.."she began."Serenity...promise me...if I die..you'll move on..never look back...but never forget me.."he said. Serenity sat by the river.A slight breeze blew the fallen leaves around her.She looked into the water.*Two days from now....her love would die.* She felt like an empty shell without him.*How can I go on without him?* she thought. Rei came up and put her hand on her shoulder."Serenity....I know what you're feeling."said Rei. "If you do..then why don't his people rescue him!!???"cried Serenity. "I don't know...but from our look-outs...more big boats have come sailing in.Four of them.It's-it's going to be war Serenity...."said Rei. Jadeite and Zoicite fought with a group of men to the execution site where Endymion lay...Chief Samoset was going to bring the huge club on his skull.. ""cried a voice.The figure threw herself over Endymion. "Serenity..."said Endymion. All the englishmen stopped so did the red-indians."" said Serenity pleadingly. Chief Samoset looked down on her.""said Samoset. ""she said.Samoset stared at her..... ""said Serenity. Chief Samoset looked down on the girl he'd always considered a daughter and around him as englishmen and redskins stood.The other prisoners where the executioners stood ready and hesitant for Makoto and Minako had also followed Serenity by protecting the men.... Samoset felt wind dance around him...he lowered the club and nodded at Serenity. Serenity looked up at him with tears...""she whispered. ""said Samoset. The cords binding their wrists were cut.Nephlite hugged Makoto,Kunzite embraced Minako...and Endymion looked at Serenity..."Serenity..you..you.. risked your life for mine..."he said. "And I would do it again....my love..."she whispered her head on his chest.Endymion hugged his love. Jadeite ordered all the men to put their weapons down.Zoicite smiled.Ami and Rei smiled at the three couples...a tear ran down Rei's face. A pair of strong arms encircled her waist...Rei looked up to see her love's smiling face."Jade..."she whispered.Leaning her head on his chest. "We can be together now my love..."said Jadeite. Ami turned to find Zoicite staring at her."Zoi..."she said."Ami..."he whispered.They both ran towards each other as they embraced."Zoi!"she said again. "You're big girls now....It's time to choose your own path...and destiny." said Samoset."Whatever you choose...you will still be welcome here..."said Samoset. The five girls turned back.They looked at each other.They moved away. "Well??Are you going?"asked Rei."I-I don't know."said Ami."I'm not sure..I love Nephlite so much..."she said."I'm going..."said Minako. "Serenity??"asked the four girls.Serenity turned to look at Endymion.... He was talking to the captain. "I-I....I'm going.....I love him...and no matter what...I'll be with him. "You too...mama whatever happens...you'll always be my mother."she said. As the rest of the girls said their goodbyes to their respective families for they were leaving the new world and going back with their loves to their true place of birth...England..
