I don't really know why I'm greeting you, but it seems a good way to start this journal and saying Hello seems too proper. Now, I'll introduce myself. Mi name is Akashi Honto. Don't laugh at it, ok? According to my mother I'm the True Proof of her Love. She's pretty obsessed about love. After all, she used to be a Sailor Senshi of Love and Justice: Sailor Venus: Codename Sailor V. Darn! I just realized I'm again babbling about my mother. I need a shrink... Anyway, I was once a Senshi too. Not a Sailor Senshi, of course (I'm a guy) but a Kamen Senshi: Crystal Venus Kamen. The other Sailor Senshi's children and I were all turned into Senshi for a day, six years ago. Now I'm 19 and we had all forgotten about that time. Our mothers used to tell us stories about their lives fighting, but here in Crystal Tokyo everything is peaceful. Though, we continue to see each other often, as most of us go the same schools and we know the same people. For me, I'm still in love with Mizumi Urawa. She is just... A pure expression of beauty: those bright eyes, that blue hair that falls gracefully to her shoulder, like a sea wave. She is the only daughter of Sailor Mercury, the water Senshi, so I can't be surprised about her sweet Oceanic looks. We know each other since we were born. Unfortunately, there is some other guy we know since the: Ken Arashino, son to Sailor Jupiter. He is always after Mizumi, and that really bothers me... And, to end with the Inner Senshi children: Hiouko Kumada. She is an elusive girl, always in the Neo-Hikawa Jinja, making predictions. Her mother is quite famous for that. The Crystal Outer Senshi are the coolest of us, I'll say. The Original Sailor Neptune (Aunt Michiru) and Uranus (Uncle Haruka) didn't have children, as they didn't married or loved MEN. (They had their own special relationship) Thus, Neptune's sister Suiko and Uranus' nephew Kin-kun inherited their powers. Suiko is a beautiful lady and had a talented voice. Kin loves motocross, evident for his aunt's speed-loving personality. He's a guitarist too. For Pluto, we have Nintai Tomoe, also half-sister to the Original Sailor Saturn. She's the most elegant woman I know, and the eldest of us Senshi. Nowadays she's working at a clock shop, quite an irony for the Senshi of time. Saturn's son (Nintai's nephew) is Kage. He and our princess Mitsuki Lady Serenity have this little romance going on for quite a time. He was the first to get his powers. By the way, Mitsuki isn't exactly of our generation (she's the youngest.) Her mother and grandmother both were leaders of the Senshi Team in the past. It all has to do with the Original Sailor Moon getting married too early and our mothers getting married at the age of 40. So now, the leader of the Senshi is our princess Sailor Star Moon. If I were traditional I'll stop here, but I can't help to mention the Lost Senshi Team. They kind of appeared when our Queen was young, and are related to the Moon Line. Sailor Andromeda was cousin of Neo-Queen Serenity, so was Sailor Pandora, and Sailor Universe was her aunt. Sailor Hebe, cousin of this-life Sailor Andromeda and Sailor Iris complete the group. With them is also Silver Defender, Andromeda's husband. He was trained by former Queen Serenity and Prince Tsukiou. Andromeda and Silver Defender had three kids. The first is Ryuu, who acts like everyone's big brother. He has Moon powers at some degree and is very close to Nintai. I'm expecting them to get engaged every day. Sisters to Ryuu are the Andromeda Twins: Megu (of purple hair) and Umi (of aquamarine hair and glasses). The first one is always high spirited and is called Sailor Andromeda Two. Umi is a quiet girl, and is Sailor Andromeda One. Akuji is son of Sailor Pandora, but he calls himself Crystal Prometheus Kamen. Niji is son of Sailor Iris, and he lives with Ryuu's family. Those two are really something, always going from party to party. I have noticed that they are interested in the twins, but I can't be sure if the girls will ever accept them. A Lost Senshi too, Takashi is son of Sailor Universe, and is a super genius. He is younger than me, but works as a teacher already. His girlfriend, Kirame, is Sailor Hebe's daughter. She works in a candy shop. Oh, I was forgetting a pretty important person: ChibiChibi, also known as the Light of Hope. She's always around us, but we can't really get her. She's practically mute but her eyes seem pretty old though she has the body of a two-year old. Well, I'm tired of writing about all my friends. I'll continue in some other time. Akashi Honto --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hiouko Kumada wasn't a popular girl. As her mother, she always carried the curse of predicting the future. Though, she was more docile than Rei, and ignored people's hard words. Hiouko saw her powers as a gift, and always tried to use them to help others. Lately she was spending lot of times in front of the great fire, waiting to see some visions of the future. She knew something was approaching, but she could see exactly what. But that day was different. She was in front of the fire only seconds when she raised her face in fear. The fire had turned black. "So powerful... So great and evil... Mother!" Rei Hino, High Priestess of the Neo-Hikawa Jinja, entered in a rush. "What is it, Hiouko?" Her daughter looked at the fire. Rei felt a cold pain in her back. "Evil be gone!" she shouted. The fire returned to normal and Rei fell in her knees, at Hiouko's side. "What happened?" "I'm not sure... I was thinking about this energy I've been sensing when it got too close to me. It's evil. I still can't locate its source but... It's so dangerous that it even seems beautiful." Rei stood up. "We have to tell Serenity." Mizumi Urawa was adored where ever she go. Though, every boy that ever desired her just knew she was lost for them when Akashi was near them. Their eyes, their smiles, they all changed when they were together. But they weren't really a couple. Akashi had never opened his heart to her, and at some point she got tired of this. The bell at Honto-Aino's house rang. Minako opened the door with a smile and greeted Mizumi. "Come in, Mizu-chan. I'll call Akashi." The girl smiled shyly. "Thanks, Mrs. Honto." Mizumi waited downstairs while Minako called her son. He came down a minute later. "Good to see you, Mizu-chan." She smiled softly, but the way of her look told Akashi something was wrong. They sat in the sofa. "Is something wrong, Mizumi?" She moved her head, but continued to look to the floor. "Mizu?" "Ok," whispered her, looking at him. "I just wanted to tell you, as you'll find out anyway." "About?" "Ken asked me out." Akashi smiled. "So? I guess you refused him as always." "Actually I didn't." Akashi shrugged. "What?" "He has tried so hard for so long, so I'll give him a chance." Mizumi's eyes looked at Akashi. "Unless, you have something to say about it..." Akashi gave her a strange look. "Me? I guess we are just friends, right?" "Right," murmured the girl. "Then, you are a big girl and will decide what you think is best." "Right," repeated Mizumi standing up, "I'll tell you how it was." She left without saying goodbye. She had expected Akashi to tell her something, but he hadn't dared. Then, his feelings weren't string enough and Ken maybe deserved that date. Minako walked to the living room to find her son perplexed. "Mizumi let so soon?" "She... She dump me, mom." His mother smiled at his surprise and sat at his side. "Were you her boyfriend, Akashi?" He blushed. "Well, maybe I didn't really ask her but it was obvious..." "Obvious?" cried Minako diverted, "Nothing is obvious in love, my dear. You know, I once though my feelings to some boy were obvious, but they weren't. He felt in love with my best friend, and they didn't have to be blamed, as I has assumed everything was obvious between us." Akashi let himself fell in the sofa. "I took Mizumi for granted, right?" "I guess so." He looked at her mother. "That best friend of yours, that's Shinko's mom." "How do you know?" "He told me." Minako raised her eyebrows. "I didn't tell him." "Maybe Dad?" Minako looked at the roof, wondering. "Maybe that meddler Usagi." A black-haired guy entered. "We were talking about you, bro," greeted Akashi. "Talking bad, I bet. Hi, Mina-mama." He kissed his stepmother. Miss Urawa, Mizumi, was now at another door, upset. Ryuu invited her in. "How nice to see you, Mizumi." "Is Umi home?" "Yes. Go to her room." Mizumi found Umi reading in her room's balcony. Umi's room was so tidy that sometimes Mizumi felt it was a library. She had lot of posters about Andromeda's information in her wall. "Umi?" She raised her eyes. "Hi, Mizzy. What's up?" Mizumi fell into tears and rushed to her friend. "Oh, Umi. I thinks I ruined everything." "But Mizzy, what could you possible do? You are always way too perfect?" Mizumi looked at her seriously. "Don't you mock me! I just accepted a date with Ken and ran to tell Akashi." Umi opened her mouth. "What were you thinking? Yesterday you were telling me you wanted Akashi to be more open with you." "That's the point... I thought that maybe now he'll tell me what he feels, to stop me from going out with Ken." "But he didn't." "He didn't say a word..." She covered her face. Umi tried to comfort her. Megu entered explosively and looked at the scene. "Mizumi is crying again?" Umi nodded. "Anyway, Umi have you seen my black skirt?" "Not really. Ask Niji, he was looking for something to clean." "What!?" Megu rushed out and entered Niji's room. He was cleaning windows with something black. "Niji!" He jumped backwards when his adoptive sister took it from him. "This... You ruined it! It was my favorite skirt!!" Niji smiled peacefully. "My, I didn't know it was a skirt. It was so small I just thought it was some rag. Sorry, sis." "I'm not your sister!!" "Don't raise your voice, I'm older than you." They were interrupted by the arrival of Akuji. "Hi, kids!" Megu instantly softened her face. Akuji smiled to her. "Hi, Akuji." Niji smiled maliciously. "She's yelling like a crazy gal, Akuji." "Really? I can't believe it. Megu is such a fine lady." Megu took Niji's hand. "I was just kidding, bro. Are you and Akuji going out?" "Yes," answered Akuji, "Boy's Night Out. We are taking Ken and Kage with us." "Sounds like fun. See you!" Megu left dreaming. Princess Mitsuki sighed, looking through the window. "Mitsuki!" called Princess Usagi. "I'm sorry mother," replied her looking back to the counselors. The Queen, her husband, the princess and her daughter had this meeting with the Council every week. And every time Mitsuki felt asleep. She was young and wished to go traveling as her father did. Prince Helios was an adventurer, and Mitsuki had inherited his spirit and her grandmother's energy. Neo-Queen Serenity smiled at her sleepy face and turned secretly to Endymion. "Don't you think she's just as Chibi-Usa and I were at her age?" Her husband kissed her hand. "Serenity," called a voice opening the door. Priestess Rei Hino had arrived with her daughter. "Priestess Mars?" answered the Queen, standing up. Hiouko gave a step forward. "Your Majesty... There is a powerful and evil entity coming closer to us." Princess Usagi's face whitened. "Powerful and Evil?" "I felt it," started Hiouko, but she was interrupted by black fire, that surrounded her. "Mother!" She felt in her knees, as fire started touching her clothes and skin. "Hiouko!" cried Rei. Suiko Kaiou was at the palace, as her sister had given her a present for Mitsuki's coming birthday. She heard Hiouko's scream, and took the Aqua Mirror out. She saw Hiouko been covered by flames and ran towards the room. She got there at Yuuichirou Kumada's side. He had driven his wife and daughter to the palace and had rushed there after he heard Hiouko's cry for help. Mr. Kumada tried to enter the flames, but his wife stopped her. "You'll be trapped too..." Suiko stood in front of the flames. "Neptune Galactic Power, Make-Up!" Crystal Sailor Neptune jumped to the fire. "Ocean Marineblau Tide!" The water based attack extinguished the fire, and Hiouko reappeared to sigh, covered in ashes and burns. "My dear Hiouko," cried Yuuichirou running to her side. Rei fell at their side. "Are you alright, Hiouko? Answer us..." The girl slowly opened her eyes and they suddenly were covered in fear. "Mother, I can't see! I can't!" To be continued... Notes: Assumptions about Each Senshi - Mercury married Ryo Urawa; Mars marrieed Yuuichirou Kumada; Jupiter married her friend Shinozaki. - Katherine (Venus English friend) marriied a Japanese man called Aiichirou Honto. They had a son named Shinko. Years after his wife died, Aiichirou met Venus and married her. - Uranus had a younger brother and she ttook care of his son after he and his wife died. Neptune had a MUCH younger sister, and she lived with Uranus and her nephew with her after the girls' mother died. - Pluto married Hotaru's father: Souichii Tomoe. - Chibi-Usa married Helios.
