I touched though. I became Sailor Uranus that day. Unlike what you may think, I'm not a regular woman. I look more as a guy than a girl. And Michiru isn't just a friend. She's my soul mate. She is Sailor Uranus' (that's me) partner, as Sailor Neptune. In fact, she was the first Outer Senshi to awake in this time (I'm not considering time-guardian Pluto, of course). And she is also the one who guided me into becoming Sailor Uranus. But different of what you may think, we stopped seeing each other after that. Why? I didn't understand it for a long time. As I was realizing that now I was going to be the Senshi of the Wind and Sky, she disappeared. It was difficult to find her. I just knew her name, but as she was such a talented violinist and painter, her parents had avoided putting her name anywhere where some stranger could find it. Then, that letter came. I had continued racing F1, and looking if Michiru came to see me. One morning, I looked at mail. Two letters. One was from my mother: Dear Haruka-chan How are you? Don't you have a a boyfriend yet? "Sure... Tell Michiru that Haruka Tenou called, please. I'm hoping to see her soon." "Alright, goodbye." I hanged and went out. I got to know what happened next a time after, when Michiru told me. She came home from shopping. "Michiru!" "Hi, Mom." "Why did you take so long?" "I went to the beach to see the sea for a while." "... A guy called!" Michiru raised her eyebrows. "Is it so?" "A guy called you, his name was Haruka Tenou. He wants to see you and surely will call again." Michiru laughed. "Haruka? She's a cute girl." "She?!" "Yes. Haruka is the greatest car racer, the only female racer." Her mother blushed intensely. "So a girl is phoning you?" "Yes. She's really nice, but I haven't seen her for a while." "Where did you met her?" "Elsa Grey introduced her to me after a car race, two months ago. We have seen each other a couple of times since then." Her mother started thinking. "Tenou... Could she be the daughter of the owner of Motor Company Tenou? Still, I don't like you going out with a girl, no matter how rich she is." "Oh, Mama." Michiru smiled and went to her room. I called again two days after. This time Michiru answered the phone. "Hello?" "Michiru?" "Haruka! Its you, isn't it?" "Yeah... I was wondering why you disappeared." "To make sure you look for me." I blushed. "You aren't talking... Are you blushing?" "No." That was a lie. "When can we see each other again?" "I don't know, now I'm a bit busy, because I'm dating someone." "Really?" My heart sunk. Michiru didn't know what was going on. I was walking without a way. It was really weird to feel like this. It was better not knowing where Michiru was than knowing she was with this Pontus. I entered a cafe and bought a soda. When I was leaving, I saw Michiru and Pontus. He was good looking. They were laughing about something he had said. I came near. "Hi, Michiru." She turned and seemed happy to see me. "Hi, Haruka. This is Pontus." Pontus smiled to me and continued looking to Michiru. "Even your friends are as wonderful as you." Michiru blushed. "I must go, now." "Bye, Haruka!" Sparks came out of my eyes when I went out. I was furious. I pushed a girl. "Sorry." I didn't notice then that she was Rea. "Hi, is Rea home?" "No, she checked out yesterday." "Thanks." I had called to the number she had gave me but she wasn't there anymore. The phone rang. "I'm transferring a call from Miss Rhea Ops," said the operator. "Hi, Haruka-kun!" "Rea?" "How are you doing today?" "Why did that operator said you were Rhea Ops?" "That's a way of calling me." "But Rea is your real name, right?" "That's a strange question, Haruka-kun." "Can't you say which is your real name?" "Well, can YOU tell which is your Real Name? Haruka Tenou or Sailor Uranus?" I kept quiet. "No answer. A pretty lady is in it. You are lucky." I smiled. "You are not?" She looked at the boy I had talked to before. "Yuuichirou Kumada? I really doubt it." She continued her work. When I was downstairs a little pink-haired girl with pointed odango ran upstairs to the priestess. "Hi, Rei! I'm leaving tomorrow!" Rei... That name suits her. A week later, I entered a club. Michiru was inside with Pontus. I don't know what really happened to me then, but I felt really bad and ran to them. I was tired of Michiru's games, I wanted to tell her how I felt. It grabbed her arm. "Come with me." I took her out ignoring Pontus amazed look. "Tell me you want to be with Pontus." "I think he is nice." "Do you like him?" "He likes the sea as I do." "Do you like him?" Michiru looked at me. "Ok, I don't. What difference does it make? I like someone who isn't interested in me." It was a challenge. "I am." I won't tell you every detail that came after that, we talked, laughed, kissed and I completely forget I had a problem with confessing. We entered hand by hand. Michiru went to Pontus' side. "Pontus, I'm sorry. Haruka and I..." "I know," murmured him. "Really? Then you noticed I was only with you to make her jealous? I'm sorry. I wish we could remain as friends." He raised his eyes; they were red. "I don't think so: I want you!" With rays from his hands he threw away all the people in the place. Only we three remained. "I will have Michiru." I felt a hand in my shoulder. Rea, with her long purple hair was there. "Rea." "Sorry, Haruka-kun. He went out of my hands." "What?" cried Michiru. "I created Pontus to go after Michiru, make you jealous and then be able to confess your feelings for her," answered Rea. "You created him?" I wanted to ask the same. "I must tell you, Haruka-kun. Rea Ops is the name I got in Earth, but I'm also Cybeles' reincarnation. I'm the Reincarnation of the Nature Goddess, also known as Rhea and Ops. I wanted to help the reincarnations of the Neptune and Uranus guardians to be happy, but Pontus has gone crazy." Pontus threw some rays and they jumped away. "What should we do?" Cybeles clapped her hands. Another Sailor Senshi, of Green Hair, walked to us. "You are great, Outer Senshi Duet." I looked at the Garnet Staff. "You are... Pluto?" I asked. She nodded. "I am Sailor Pluto, also known as Setsuna Meiou. You must find the talismans, attacks have started in Mugen Gauken. I'll return to you soon." She left. Rea smiled. "She is right, fulfil your mission." She disappeared in silver dust. "I'll always protect you, Haruka-kun." "Michiru, this is unbearable," said her mom. She entered my car with her bags. "Bye, Mom! I'll write!" "Your father won't approve this!" "Bye, Misses!" I said as we left. We were going to move to the Mugen district. "I heard it's a nice place," said Michiru, "But how's that mysterious Mugen Academy?" "Fine. It's for very talented students, very expensive," I said. "No problem for us. I play violin, as you know. Do you play any instrument?" "Piano." "Great! Maybe we could be a duet." "We can be everything you wish, Michiru, everything." And we drove away.
