Author's note: I started this after reading Codename was Sailor V, Book 2. First I was writing as if Wakagi was the policeman, but in Book 3 Minako says she doesn't like him anymore and become friends, so I created Aiichiro. It was the first fic I wrote after grouping up Luna & Artemis Wedding, Setsuna's Secret and Crystal Promise. * See down for words with this symbol. Mako, Rei and Hotaru waved widely. Ami and Setsuna smiled at me. Haruka and Michiru were mumbling to each other, hiding a smile. Usagi, Mamoru, Luna and Artemis should have come back in these days, but haven't returned yet. I miss Artemis but now he is married. That cat... He has been my companion for years, ever since I become Sailor V. I haven't been without him. Maybe I want to prove myself that I can be a Senshi without his help and that's why I'm leaving. Oh, I haven't told you! My name is Minako Aino, 22 years old and in disguise: I am Sailor Venus! Or as some people know me, Codename Sailor V. Right now I'm going to Alaska. Pretty Cool? Some incidents have happened there, so I have been sent to help. Actually, I offered to go... The trip ended while I was sleeping. I don't know how much it lasted. The other passengers were leaving. I put my jacket on and started out. It was so cold... I reached the hotel Ami had recommended me. She has never been here, but she has learnt a lot from books, magazines, newspapers... Seems she likes reading? I turned on the TV and heard the news. "Two more women and a man disappeared last night. The police don’t" "understand these disappearances. Every night three people, men or " "women (2 women or two men) disappear when they go out. We ask " "everyone not to go out after half past six, unless you want to disappear. " The police never understand. They are kind of stupid or so. I have just liked one policeman and one policewoman. I kissed that policeman, and I became friends with the policewoman, Natsuna. I had another policewoman friend but she... she loved the boy I liked. Well it's a sad story. Katarina and Alan...* Well, Sailor Venus comes to action! Or hey, the girls aren't here... May I transform in Sailor V? I'm here again. It's almost seven o'clock. There is nothing suspicious... Wait! A woman passed in front of me. Someone was following her... "That's suspicious..." I grabbed my compact. "Moon Power, Make-up!" I jumped to the shadow that followed the girl, and pushed it to a narrow path. When I opened my eyes I saw a policeman. I knew him... He was a Japanese policeman I had seen many times, as V-chan. I always solve the problems before he did. I asked my friend Natsuna about him. His name is Aiichiro Honto**. I stop seeing him a little before Natsuna discovered my secret identity. "What are you doing? I have to protect the mayor's wife!" He got up and we heard a scream. When we looked at the woman, she had disappeared. "Great! Who in the hell are you?... You can't be..." He looked at me in such a manner... "Damn V! It can't be. You here, Sailor V? Aren't you satisfied by making me come to Alaska, but you had to come along?" He left mumbling and really mad. I hadn't understood a word. I had made him come to Alaska? He must be insane! But he was so cute! ... Stop it, Minako. You came here for you mission, not to fall in love! Well, for this night I have failed. But tomorrow... I watched the jewels in the shelves. It was morning and I had decided to see how Alaska was. That Jewelry did surprise me. I turned quickly to another shelf and hit my face to a man. "Sorry..." When I stared to his face, I almost fainted... He was Aiichiro. He smiled. Surely he didn't image I was V-chan. "Excuse me, I got in your way." "You are Japanese, aren't you?" "Yes, are you?" "Yup! I'm Minako Aino." "I'm Aiichiro Honto." "A metropolitan policeman." "How do you know?" "I just guessed..." What a bad lie! But he seemed to believe it. "I don't know, but I seem to know you..." Oh no! I forgot! He saw me once when I was with a doctor disguise. I was 13 but seemed of my present age... I turned to Sailor V in that form in front of him. "Really?" Please, don't remember..."But I don't know from where..." Thank God! "How long have you been in Alaska?" "Just a day, I got here yesterday, but I don't know much of the city..." "I'll show you around..." "Sure!" He was so sweet... But if he hated me in my Sailor form, what could I do? Well, I'll not enter in details, but that day was wonderful. He shown me everything that was worth to see in Alaska. I hadn't been so happy so long... The last time I felt like this had been with Ace. He was a guy I loved, but he died. ;_; :) But this time was different. I felt I could talk to Aiichiro of almost everything. "And what do you think about the disappearances?" "Well, It's really upsetting..." "Yes, I suppose..." "And now that Sailor V..." "Sailor V? Wasn't she the good-looking Sailor Senshi of love and justice who was the first to appear in Japan?" "She's detestable..." "Why? I think she's a wonderful Senshi... Why do you hate her?" "It's a long story..." "I will love to hear it..." "Well, alright, I first worked in Japan. I was under the orders of an officer... He liked 'V-chan' a lot and sent me here because I couldn't get her real identity and another officer became friends with her... Also she was a pain for the policemen, always taking the credit and leaving us in a complete ridicule..." So that's the reason... I'm really sorry. As he says, maybe the other officer is Natsuna... :P "But V-chan has no guilt in that, she just made what she thought was right." Aiichiro looked into my eyes. It seemed that he had never thought that Sailor V could think of others. "She just wanted fame..." I got mad. He didn't have the right of telling me that! "Well, maybe I should go..." He grabbed my hand. "I hurt you? Are you a V-chan-fan also?" I gave him a LOOK. "Please, stay..." I obeyed him. Somehow, I didn't want to leave him. I got in the hotel at 9:00 o'clock. Aiichiro was SO nice. I haven't thought a policeman could be so great! The phone called. "Ms. Aino, there is a phone call from Japan for you..." "I'll take it." ... "Hello, Mina?" "Ami! What a surprise!" "What have you been doing?" How on Earth she knows...? "Why?" "The disappearances in Alaska aren't over! In what have you being wasting time?" Falling in love with a policeman... "In nothing, Ami. I'm just not so fast. But yesterday I almost trapped the shadow that kidnapped one woman..." "You'll better do, Minako. We are counting on you; there is something non human in this disappearances... Oh, by the way, Luna and Artemis came back." "Are they happy?" "Very much..." "I'm happy for them..." "Oh my, I forgot this is a long distance call, bye!" "Bye!" I grabbed my Moon Compact. As I was walking, I saw Aiichiro running after a little boy. He finally took him up. "What are you doing, Aiichiro?" "Mina... This kid can't be quiet a minute..." I stared at the boy. He looked a lot as Aiichiro... "Is he...?" "He is my son Shinko." "You ARE married!" I couldn't believe it. "No, my wife died two years ago." Oh, my! "I'm sorry..." Shinko looked at me. "You are nice... Are you daddy's girlfriend?" We both blushed. "I'm Minako Aino." "I'm Shinko Honto***." A scream made the three of us turn. A shadow covered a man and suddenly disappeared. I ran to where the man had been. A card with Venus' symbol was in there. "It can't be..." Aiichiro took it from me. "Sailor V's symbol... She is after all this." I couldn't speak. Aiichiro invited me to his house for dinner after that. While he went to buy something to eat, I stayed with Shinko. "Do you like Sailor V?" That question surprised me. "Sure..." "My dad hates her, but my mom liked her as I do." "Really?" "Yeah, she was her friend when she lived in England. She even left me a letter for her, if I ever go to Japan... Here is my mom's photo with her." He showed me a picture and I got pale. That was Katarina! In my Sailor V suit, I was at her side. "I know V-chan; I can give her the letter..." Shinko ran and brought me the letter. "Could you really REALLY give it to her?" "Yes, but don't tell your dad..." "Sure!" Aiichiro came back a little after. At ten o'clock, I stood at the door. As I said goodbye to Aiichiro, he kissed my lips. I could hardly speak. "See you tomorrow..." I smiled and left. Yes, I had fallen in love for 3000th time. But this time was different. I felt this warmth in my chest... I opened the letter in a park near the house. I started reading... "Dear Minako... "Long time has passed since we saw each other for last time. It was in Japan. You " "were nice to me, even after I had taken Alan away from you. A little after Alan died " "in a car accident. I felt so bad, so I traveled to Alaska. Here I met Aiichiro Honto. " "He was so nice to me! I married him two months after meeting him for first time. " "Shinko was born next year. But now I'm dying... Cancer is developing fast in my " "body. And I can't fight more. I just wanted to tell you that I'll always considered " "you as my sister, my great little sister V-chan. I love you Mina." ****Katarina Honto**** I started to cry. My two English friends... I had left them to make them happy, and now they both were gone... I stood up and decided to protect this place, because here my friend Katarina had left her little boy and had found a little bit of happiness. I gave a chocolate bar to Shinko. He smiled at me. Some time has passed since I read Katarina's letter. Shinko and I have become fast friends. "Did you give Sailor V the letter?" "Yes, she was thankful to you for keeping it for two years..." "Mom asked me to. Miss Aino..." "Yes?" "Can I call you Mina-P?" I smiled. "Sure." Aiichiro gave me a hot chocolate. "Here it is, Mina. What were you guys talking about?" "Nothing..." we both said smiling. We were in my hotel. A man came to me. "There's a phone call for you." "Excuse me, guys." She ran to the phone. "Yes?" "Mina, are you even trying? You've been in Alaska for two weeks now and still you have no clue of what is happening." "Artemis!" "He came back, but...you aren't doing a thing to stop Alaska's disappearances!" "Calm down, Rei, I'm trying..." "I trust you can do it, Mina. Just don't get distracted." "Thanks, Artemis." "You'll better do, Minako. Bye." "Bye, Rei. Bye Artemis." "Bye Mina." I returned to my loved ones. "Who was it?" "Two partners... They talked about a business I must finish..." As we went to Aiichiro's house, we were nervous. It was late and the disappearances hour had reached us. "It's dangerous to be here at this hour..." "I'll protect you, Minako." I blushed. Suddenly, a shadow stood before us. "New slaves..." it said. I should transform, so I ran away. "I can't transform into Sailor V, Aiichiro could attack me... Crescent Moon Power, Transform!" I returned as a policewoman. "Slow down, I'm the police..." Aiichiro looked at my eyes, so I blushed. "You are Minako... How could you change so quickly?" I took out a gun and pointed the shadow. He came closer and I saw a man of red eyes. "He's possessed!" He made an air current with his arm, and hit Aiichiro with Shinko in his arms. I remained standing with some difficulty. "Mina-P..." said Shinko waking-up. I couldn't fight the man like this. I stared to Aiichiro. "I'm sorry..." He gave me a confused look. "Moon Power, Make-up!" I turned to him when I finished my transformation. "Daddy! Mina-P is Sailor V!" Aiichiro gave me a hurt look. "You...you are Sailor V..." I turned and took my Moon Compact. "Crescent Beam!" The man felled unconscious. I turned to the boys. Shinko ran to me. "You were Sailor V..." I smiled and looked to Aiichiro. "You lie to me... You made me love you!" I looked down. He turned and started back. "Aiichiro!" An earthquake started, and I hugged the crying Shinko. "Don't worry; everything is going to be fine." Suddenly, we all fainted. When I awoke, I was in a black floor, still in my V-suit. I heard a feminine laugh. "Who is it?" A throne with a woman in it appeared. She was a lot like me, but with black hair and green eyes. Like a clone of myself, but differently coloured. "Who are you?" "I'm Psique of Venus..." "You kidnapped all the people--you left those cards of Venus." "Yes, Sailor V... it was me. I kidnapped three men, then they kidnapped three women, and so on I got tons of people." "You brainwashed them! What do you want?" "I just want to control the world. This place is so different than Venus, so cold. Also I want my...revenge!" "Revenge?" "Yes, I loved Eros, a prince of your family, but you took him away from me...You sent him to a mission, and he died. Later, my sister Persephone fall in love with Adonis...****" That's Ace. "...but he loved you and he died because of that!" "Hey, I didn't wanted your loved ones to die, and all that happened in my past life." "Yes, but I'll never forgive you! Now, you'll suffer" She took out my Moon Compact. (I hadn't notice I didn't had it.) "It has Moon's and Venus' powers... Die!" She crashed it with her hand. I turned to my normal form, weak. I saw Aiichiro's silhouette coming to me... When I saw him, his eyes were red. "What are you going to do, Princess Venus?" asked Psique. I took my transformation stick. (I brought it, just in case.) "Venus Crystal Power, Make-Up!" I turned into Sailor Venus. "Oh, you had an ace in your sleeve... but are you going to hurt him?" I stood as he came to me. I couldn't attack him. I loved him too much. "Aiichiro, wake up..." "You lied to me, Mina, you'll pay..." Shinko was far away. "Dad! Mina-P!" Aiichiro grabbed my neck with his hands. "You'll die." I cried, and then smiled. "I prefer dying that hurting you...you are the very first person I really love..." One of my teardrops fell in his hand. His eyes returned to his normal grey colour. "Mina...What happened?" He freed me. I jumped to his arms, and kissed him. Another clone, but brown-haired and grey-eyed appeared in Psique's back. "Psique, he broke my spell!" I turned to them. "You are Persephone, I guess. You two have destroyed the true meaning of love and have used the name of Venus for evil purposes... I can't forgive you! Venus Love and Beauty Shock!" They both turned to dust. The dimension, in which we were, broke. I fell unconscious. "Minako, Minako..." When I opened my eyes, Jupiter was by my side. "What are you doing here?" "We all decided to come to help you... but seems you managed by yourself." Chibi-Usa jumped to me. That baby girl. She's one year old. "Aiichiro...? Aiichiro!" I couldn't see him amongst the other kidnapped people. Finally I saw him, while Moon was looking curiously at him. I ran there and put his head in my lap. "Aiichiro?" He opened his eyes. "Minako, Sailor Venus..." "You are alive..." I was crying. Pluto took Shinko. He saw us, and ran then. "Mina-P! Dad!" We three hugged. Moon hugged Tuxedo Masked/Kamen then. Saturn took Chibi-Usa near us. Mercury and Mars came with Neptune, who took Uranus' hand. I kissed Aiichiro... "The travelers to Japan from Alaska, the flight will soon leave." Mako, Haruka, Michiru, Setsuna, Hotaru, Ami, Rei and Chibi-Usa were at the plane. I was kissing Aiichiro. "I'll write every week..." "I'll do it everyday..." answered Aiichiro. I blushed. "I'm going to miss you..." We kissed again. Shinko hugged me. "Mina-P, can we go to visit you?" "Sure, I'll be waiting..." "Mina-V-chan...bye!" I kissed Shinko in his forehead and kissed for last time Aiichiro. In the stares were Usagi and Mamoru, with the cats. "You finally found love, Princess Venus" said Mamo-chan. "I'm so happy for you!" agreed Usa. Artemis jumped to my shoulder. "It seems true..." "It is, you have Luna and I have Aiichiro...And I'll always have him..." We entered the plane. As centuries passed, I never stopped loving him, and neither did he. In the 30th century in Crystal Tokyo, I became Minako Honto. I loved Shinko as a son, and I always remembered my dear Katarina. Ace was wrong when he said: "Your love will always be hopeless." My love will be eternal. The End ^_^ * Katerina (policewoman) & Alan were friends of Minako in England.
