★How the time management is taken care of -
Time management is one of the important requirements in Toastmastering. The whole meeting should be controlled by TMOD and each speaker has different time requirement to meet. The Timer uses 3 fans (green, yellow, and red) to show the time to speakers:
※The green fan indicates that the speaker now meets the minimum time requirement.
※The yellow fan indicates that the speaker may conclude his/her speech at any moment, having used the time given efficiently.
※The redfan indicates that the speaker needs to wrap up his/her speech in order to meet the maximum time requirement.(The red fan will be put down when the speaker exceeds the time limit.)
| green | yellow | red | time limit | |
