A rather quiet boy, the second chosen to operate an EVA. His father is the founder of this whole NERV thing, and so he volunteered to operate the EVA when Rei was injured. Of course, being inexperienced doesn't help him much......

A very quiet girl, not unlike Ikari Shinji.Gendo, Ikari's father, is the only one capable of communicating with her.She was the first chosen to operate the EVAs.
Name : Asuka Langrey
Operates... : EVA-02
A quarter Japanese and three-quarters German. A proud, talkative girl who thinks her EVA is the best.
