Monster colours (the red background shows their health bar):

Standard monsters are shown in white

Champion monsters are shown in blue (generally travel in packs of 3 or 4, are tougher and drop a little more loot)

Boss & Unique monsters are shown in gold (can have a/several magical attributes, can be very dangerous and always drop a magical item)


Champion Monster Attributes: Minimum Damage x2, maximum damage x2, to hit x2, velocity +20 %, attack rate +120 %,

                                                          hit points x6, level +4, experience x3

 

Unique Monster Attributes (with my notes)

Extra Strong Minimum Damage x3, Maximum Damage x3, To hit +25%   You'll need lots of health potions
Extra Fast Unique & Pack get velocity increase, Attack rate x2 (unique only)  Can be difficult to outrun
Magical Resistance Resist All 75% (Fire, Cold & Lightning)   A problem for most sorcerers
Cursed 50% Hits an Amplified Damage Curse (Monster Level / 4) on attacker  A cursed hit can be devastating

Fire Enchanted

Fire minimum damage + (minimum damage) fire maximum damage + (maximum damage), to hit x2, fire resist 

75 %, corpse explosion on monster's death If possible don't stay very close during monster's death

Cold Enchanted

Cold minimum damage + (minimum damage) cold maximum damage + (maximum damage), cold length +20,

to hit x2, cold resist 75 %, frost nova on monster's death If possible don't stay close during monster's death

Lightning Enchanted

Lightning minimum damage + (minimum damage) lightning maximum damage + (maximum damage), to hit x2,

lightning resist 75 %, lightning resist 75 %, emits charged bolts each time the monster is hit Very Dangerous !

Mana Burn

Mana minimum damage + (minimum damage x4) mana maximum damage + (maximum damage x4), to hit x2,

magic resist 75 %, drains your mana on contact

Spectral Hit

Fire, lightning and cold resist 20 %, to hit x2, (random fire, cold, lightning, magic and poison element hit) +

(minimum damage) + (maximum damage)

Stone Skin

Damage resist +80 %, armor class x3  It'll take you a longer time to bring down this hardened monster

Multishot

Two more missiles of the same type are shot  This will also increase the effect of lightning enchanted

Teleport

(Health < 33 %) or (ranged monster and someone is close) teleport if (health < 33 %) add +25 % of maximum hit points to health  Possibly the most annoying in the game, almost immortal on higher levels

Aura Enchanted Monster could use Might (level 4), Holy Fire (level 2), Thorns (level 4), Holy Freeze (level 2), Holy Shock (level 2), Conviction (level 4) or Fanaticism (level 4)
