concentration in biochemistry, nutrition, reproduction,
statistics, and animal anatomy. A research project
concerning a correlation between phosphorus
fertilization, nutritional values, and digestibility of

- Consulting of crop growth
(cotton) produced by the prison unit. Topics discussed
were water requirements, fertilizer requirements, and
insect field populations. Field analysis for insect
populations were assayed using random sampling and
control measures were recommended and acted upon.
Similarly both water and fertilization problems were
handled in the same manner.

Job Title: Boll Weevil Trap Counter

- In the summer of 1995 a
significant population of the Boll Weevil was noted in
the Trans-Pecos region. A position was opened with the
USDA to scout the area using pheromone traps to
accurately record the population. Responsibilities
included monitoring Boll Weevil population
concentrations, maintaining a federal vehicle, globally
recording trap locations, keeping accurate population
records, and reporting results to the local Extension
Entomologist.

Job Title: Maintenance Man/Summer
Camp Councilor/Cook
Employer: Prude Ranch Inc.
Status: Part Time/Full Time
- The first term of employment
included various tasks including plumbing, carpentry, and
other manual labor. Upon the start of the summer
responsibilities included caring for children attending
the summer camp. Activities included horseback riding,
archery, swimming, etc. Responsibilities included
planning the previous activities and coordinating and
motivating large groups of children for these activities.
The final term of this employment involved working in the
kitchen with duties of cooking for large amounts of
people, preparing orders for supplies, receiving
shipments, improvisation if food resources were low, and
catering for outdoor dinners.

- Cotton fields were
statistically sampled for insect infestation twice weekly
using complete plant sampling. Insect traps for adult
moths were also monitored. During times of high insect
populations, strategies for control would be discussed
with the producer and appropriate measures for control
taken.

skills include building and maintaining a homepage using
various composers and encoding using html. In addition a
