TECHNICAL SUPPORT:

If you have any problems, please email
callfiltersupport@velocityware.com. Be sure to tell us if your
Phone is Sprint CDMA, Verizon CDMA, or GSM, the country you are in, and who your service provider is.

We also have a support forum at http://www.mytreo.net, where you can learn and interact with other
CallFilter users. We monitor and participate in this support forum heavily, but please email us with any
problems which very important to you, because we want to respond as soon as possible and make your experience
with CallFilter as excellent as possible.

A FEW NOTES TO USERS:
1) The automatic call forwarding feature when your treo is charging or
in the cradle is really cool. BUT, before you use this feature, please
check with your Cellular Service provider, so you will be aware of any
charges that may be associated with forwarding calls.

2) The rules are evaluated as follows:
Rules are evaluated from Top to Bottom.
You are defining rules that will be exceptions to this assumption.
You can change the order that User defined rules are evaluated by
selecting a rule, and then pressing the + and - on your keypad.
Once a rule is evaluated to be TRUE, no other rules are evaluated,
and the action of that rule will be implemented.

3) The phone number and email address fields can also use wildcards.
There are two valid wildcard characters. '*', and '?'
The '*' is a wildcard for multiple characters, and the
'?' is a wildcard for a single character.

       Here are a few examples:
To block the entire area code 912 enter: (912)*
you could have also entered: (912)???-????

To block any phone number with the number 3 in it
               Enter: *3*

You want to block number the number 555-1212, but you arent sure what the
            area code is: (???)555-1212

This feature is very powerful, but you must make sure you
understand how wildcards work before using it.

NOTE TO ALL TREO 600 USERS:

1) The VoiceMail LED option is only available with
certain cellular carriers. Sprint and ATT work fine. But some other carriers
do not support the standard Treo 600 Voicemail mechanism.

2) If CallFilter does not behave as expected, or you get strange resets, then there is a VERY, VERY, VERY high likelyhood that there is
some app on your Treo that is preventing CallFilter from doing its job. Feel free to email us at callfiltersupport@velocityware.com, and
we will be glad to work with you to figure out whats going on inside of your Treo! :)

3) I know, I know...I need more docs. I have been so busy adding features...I ran out of time.

Good luck with CallFilter For Treo 600. I really appreciate all the
positive feedback that has been posted in the MyTreo.Net forum, TreoCentral forum, and
numerous other places on the internet. Your support definately helps encourage development,
and makes the entire development processworthwhile.

There are more great things on the way. I have a few more cool ideas of things for upcoming versions of
Callfilter that will make your Treo 600 do more things that NO OTHER CELLPHONE on earth can do.

Thanks!
